The Donuts are the best thing i have to say about this place. The customer service is less than undesireable, the cups of coffee are filled only half way, ive stayed away from choosing too much food because ive always seen bugs. Ive stopped going to Tim Hortons all together because of this place. Id rather drive out of my way to go to DDs or to Buffalo to go else where. When Star Bucks opens and operational. This place is in trouble. As long as the Island Star Bucks is up to par with their food and Coffee as it is in other locations Tims Hortons on the island whether they have 2 or not will suffer greatly. I cant say im sad about that.

Please avoid this location! It’s dirty, flies are everywhere. It doesn’t matter if I order ahead and ask it to be ready in 10 minutes, I will still wait for 15 minutes to get my food. The one kid at the counter will refuse to look at any mobile pick up orders, he legit stares straight ahead.

I work at Tim Hortons in Tonawanda, I came through because I decided I was hungry on my way home. I got a bagel and only a bagel. Waited at the window for 3 minutes. I asked for it double toasted with triple butter because everytime I ask for double butter there’s nothing ever on it. This time it’s barely toasted, barely any butter. This is what I got. I wanted to try Tim Hortons because a lot of my NY clients speak highly of it. Found one not to far from the hotel I was staying at in Niagara and stopped in. The location was tiny barely enough room for 3 people to stand in line. I came in about 9am on a Sunday morning and waited about 10 with two people in front of me. Of course I wanted to try the donuts because that’s all the fuss I’ve heard about. I got the 20 of mini donuts for $5.99, an avocado toast, has brown and a side of bacon. The only thing that was tasty were the donuts unfortunately. The avocado toast was barely toasted and the avocado was completely mush with very little everything bagel seasoning. The hash brown wasn’t warmed through at all and the side of bacon was completely cold. Sad to say that what I was looking so forward too turned out to be a miss ?
The staff are ridiculously overworked. I understand a lot of people are having a difficult time hiring, but those employees were doing there best. It took longer standing inside to order then it did for people in the drive thru. Those employees need more help. I know I can make coffee at home whatever, but the employees should be acknowledged for how hard they were working to meet everyone's demands. I ended up combining my order with a lovely woman in front of me to try to speed things up. I hope they get more people to help them out.
