This was a insane experience I went through drive thru places order the order was wrong. I walked in the restaurant and I spoke to a gentleman who was very nice and calm about how this order was wrong and this spazz manager got in my face being rude when had my receipt that they never gave me arguing with me and being out of control. I snapped at him of course I was upset and shocked. I feel bad for this person just have a lot going on and I upset him. I get it but you don't yell at customers and challenge people .

Wendy's Grand Island is sad. Employees are not competent to make a simple breakfast sandwich. I purchased 2 sausage egg and cheese on an english muffin. 4 ingredients and I got 3. Both sandwiches came with NO egg. Why? Not the end of the world, but kinda ruined my morning. Boo on the children who can't complete a small task. Guess they had my egg on their face!!

If I could give a worse rating I would. The most terrible place ever. My order couldn’t get worse and on top of that they failed to make it right the second time around. People that work there need to get fired immediately. Something needs to get done

We frequent this location, and order from the app. When we pull up to the drive thru, the employees are always friendly and the food is prepared as ordered. I’m disappointed to read the negative reviews, because frankly we’ve never had an issue with this location. We’ve also entered the establishment to order, and have eaten inside. Again, no pressing issues. It seems like some reviewers are overly negative about trivial things. This is a fast food restaurant, not the Ritz!

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY.
The Wendy's manager had a little toddler walking around in the back, with no shoes. She was wearing pajamas and yelling at the toddler. The place was filthy.

Ordered online. The money was taken from my account. However they claimed the app was down. Had screenshots to prove the money was taken from account. So then workers got the manager. However, the manager hid in the back, didn’t come out to address the issue. They kept saying the app is separate from the restaurant. So no food, and the money was taken from my account. When I asked for a phone number for customer care, they said they had no idea. I don’t usually go to fast food joints, and this was my sign to continue to stay away.

Called customer care, and little to nothing was resolved. So Wendy’s gets the money and I get no food- got it. #scam #useless #poorservice

Awful!!! I worked my first job in fast food, and I cannot deal with the blatant disrespect of the kids that work here. Clearly a bad sign for the supposed management and training of all Wendy’s employees. The food is half hot and half cold, I’ve told them many times that the syrup is out on the Diet Coke, and they have not remedied the situation. The inside is not clean, trash everywhere, counters packed with used cups, personal cups and it’s an overall mess. There is zero pride in this place. It is horrible that every quick food eatery on grand island is horrible. I just moved here, and I’m telling you, don’t waste your time or hard earned money. Do better, train better, manage better and clean better. Never going to return sadly.

Food was horrific, workers were also horrific, my Diet Coke was 1% syrup if that, took 20 minutes to get 2 items. My paw immidiately spit out his food. Took 3 asks to get my drink in the first place, don’t come here. Homophobic slurs were also said during the experience, when our group ordered more food the worked with waves decided to shout slurs to himself.

Honestly food was god awful. Hands down worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. Workers don’t give a shit, food was cold, waited forever with only 3 people in the place. Homophobic slurs were said by a worker. Guy serving me had waves tho which was fire, he needs to learn how to put the fries in the bag though.
