Sure they remodeled but I have gone there 5 times in the past 30days and was disappointed. Twice they had no straws. Three times they had no Filet of Fish and Once they had no hashbrowns. Everytime my order took forever and I was told they were short staffed, I ordered a large fry that was brought to my car after waiting 17mins and the fry box was not even a 1/4 full and my order was wrong ordered a 10 piece with ranch, got no ranch and got 9 nuggets. Now let's not forget the ice cold breakfast burrito on my next trip.

Food was inedible. Service was terrible. The fries were ice cold, the chicken nuggets were missing actual chicken inside and were just deep fried pieces of oil. They made me pull over when I was the only person in line, only to hand me this garbage. Never go here!!!

Ordered 2 bacon mcdoubles and 2 spicy mcchickens, a medium fry and a large fry. We started eating the fries before we even left the parking lot and they were cold. Not warm or even room temperature they were cold. Then we got all the way home and they gave us 4 mcchickens and no mcdoubles.

This McDonald’s is amazing! They never fail to get my order wrong. I admit today was touch and go because after 20 years of coming here they actually had all of my sandwiches correct. Did not special order anything but even without that challenge they had everything correct. My heart almost stopped as I got to the end of my order and I realized at the bottom of the bag happily they had given me the wrong sauces for the nuggets. What a relief! I was so afraid that they had broken their a 20 year run of never getting my order correct. Kudos McDonald’s in Granville, New York! You did it! Five stars! The staff also was missing at the window for the appropriate amount of time and never cracked a smile. Their consistency is incredible.

We went to pull in to the drive thru the line of traffic went almost all the way around the building...30 minute lunch break... we decided to go inside...on our inside there was 5 customers at the counter... no employee at the counter so you better know how to use the monitor...8 people in the dining area...I ordered 2 Mc Doubles and a large fry...while I waited for our food there were multiple customers complaining about their food not being properly made...after waiting over 45 minutes...I received a small fry and 2 mc doubles without onions...really hope that this one day doesn't represent the overall condition or experience at McDonald'sParking: Multiple places to park...or wait for your order
