Scarlotta’s Car Hop is such a fun spot to stop at! One of my favorite things is their Dole Whip! they switch up the flavors every so often, which keeps it exciting and gives you a reason to come back. Every flavor I’ve tried has been delicious and super refreshing. The staff is pretty friendly, and it has that classic car hop vibe that makes the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I recommend if you’re in the mood for a treat!

I love Scarlottas! We go often and it’s been great everytime. I must say almost everytime I order unless it’s one specific person there is always hair on our stuff. Luckily I haven’t seen it in the food yet but it had been on the bags, on the cups of soda, etc. I LOVE their ice cream! And for food I recommend the scarlottas snack wrap or a cheeseburger!

We placed our order with the waitress, we ordered 4 items. The order wasn’t repeated back, she just took my husbands name and phone number. We waited in the truck, and she brought out our food and bill. The bill seemed a little short for what we ordered, so we checked our food before the waitress walked away. We realized we didn’t have our fries, and my husband was given a wrap instead of a sandwich. The waitress said she didn’t hear us order fries, but she’ll tell the kitchen. She came back a few minutes later with the sandwich, and said the fries would be out soon. Another lady brought out the fries and we left. About 5 minutes later my husband recieved a phone call from the restaurant saying the waitress never rang up the fries, and asked if we could come back and pay. Luckily we were across the street and went back. For $11, we only received 6 small, fatty wings. The fries were soggy, hardly any cheese and mostly dry meat. The sandwich and hot dog were decent.

New to Granville and excited to give it a try. First time was a definite 5 based in service and dessert (soft serve and fry bread). Looking forward to a burger meal when we've earned it and the weather is better!
I'm giving them 3 stars for their ice cream which has many different flavors and generous portions however their food is a zero out of 5. Everything tasted old and disgusting

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I never leave reviews for restaurants but this was ridiculous. My boyfriend and I stopped here to grab a bite to eat at 7:30pm and had several of the servers walk past us at the window and not say anything at all. After waiting for 10 minutes to be acknowledged we decided to walk away. Will never go there again obviously they don't need the customers.

I used to come here all the time when it was Mac Daddys. The food was great. The food here is good, however the ice cream seems to have took a dive. The portions are very small for the price. Been twice to try it again and was disappointed. The menu said one thing as ingredients and it was made another way. ( the peanut butter lover) got very little pb in it and no fudge. The dishes were so small that most of the toppings ended up in my lap. The service is great there and the people are friendly. We did get a free doggy ice cream which was ok in my book. The problem was that there was more in the doggy dish than mine. Maybe i need more dogs.
