My daughter in-law ordered online, they can’t read because none toasted , forgot lettuce yet make big money. I think it’s easier to just go there and watch them from now on to make sure they get it right. On the receipt says toasted, lettuce and everything.

They made a great sandwich for me
Won't go here again til this place cleans up their act. The food is nasty and one of their servers, I belive her tag said destiny had skin flakes all over her uniform shirt well making food. I could smell that she hadn't showered in sometime and over all a very bad attitude. The owner and store manager knows about this and refuse to correct the problem. The veggies were soggy and the lettuce was brown, and we all know that with spinach comes e coli and other harmful bacteria. This place will make people sick and they dont care.
Always out of veggies or just don’t listen to what the online order says. Was supposed to have onion, black olives, green peppers and pickles.

My husband and I ordered footlong subs last night and they literally were the best subs from subway we’ve ever had. They were fresh and had perfect amounts of ingredients on them. We were impressed!!!! Thank you!!!

They had no ice for drinks. The vegetables were either brown or dried out and sure they just mopped the floors,but they had music blasting that I had to repeat myself 5 times for the young lady to hear my order. And they didn't even have change , our meal was $26.74 I gave them two $20bills and they were like we dont have change for that.

I ordered the turkey bacon avocado wrap and added a extra smash avocado and barley got any avocado never had this problem before but I also order from the Rutland VT and queensbury restaurant also the sub I ordered for my boyfriend barley had anything on it highly upset will not be returning back to this restaurant
So at one point in time, I stopped coming to the subway. I would order through DoorDash in order extra meat or extra cheese and never got what I ordered . Their food and their staff, wasn’t too pleasant. I decided to give it another go about a week ago. There is a younger girl that works during the day. She is all smiles. She answers my questions. She’s wonderful about making my sandwich. Just overall an absolute gem for the few minutes that I’m inside the restaurant ordering my sub. To you, young lady, thank you so much for being so pleasant.
We had a sandwich late last night that was outstanding. The service was spectacular, the food delicious. So much that were back again for lunch today. However, the area manager that initially helped us was lacking any personality and was simply unpleasant. Very, very unfortunate...
Lol I realize people have complaints.now I understand why Edwards Market closed down ,srooneys closed down 👇 keep putting everything down there will be nothing left Granville NY.

Flies all over the food and expired produce. Noticed the spinach was soggy, slimy and dark colored with some yellow pieces mixed in - politely asked the worker to remove the spinach (she had JUST set a pile of it on top of my wrap, I asked if she could take it off before she put any condiments on) and her response was that she didn’t see anything wrong with it and left it on anyway. Threw the sandwich away when I got home as expired spinach often contains harmful bacteria including E. coli. My own choice to still purchase the sandwich, yes, but had decided not to be rude to the attendant and have her make a new one although her response was far from kind or professional. Hoping a manager or owner sees this review and makes changes to avoid anyone getting sick from this poor customer service and hygienic concerns.

I ordered the cold cut combo with double meat and cheese, the sub only had turkey bologna on it, no turkey ham, no turkey salami, and this was at the granville ny store
