Kind of disappointed. I’ve been going for years, and slowly things have gotten worse. Went in for dinner on Tuesday, right around 6:00. I honestly didn’t know if they were open at first because there was no one there. Went inside and was seated. There was one other table of people eating and no one else in the dining area. Also another table completely covered and not bussed. We waited for 15 minutes after being seated before anyone even came to the table to ask about drinks. Took our drink and appetizer order. 5 minutes later, server returns with no drinks and lets us know that neither options for appetizers were available. Needless to say, we left.
Will definitely be going back, can't wait to try more food! I tried all 3 enchilada sauces on top on cheese and onion enchiladas and I also had the bacon wrapped jalapenos. Super tasty. 😁 Lots of options both Mexican and Italian!

I had Joes Burrito add lettuce and tomato, and jalapeno bacon wraps. If you mix the salsa, sour cream and red Diablo sauce and a great dipping saucem

They move at a glacial pace and do not care how long the wait is. Especially for delivery drivers, just a terrible experience. It’s also 100 degrees inside. Poorly run.
Don't waste your money this place is over priced and food is gross

We had combination plates the plate was super hot and food was barely warm. The rice was dried out and the shredded beef was almost powdery tasting . Not happy with the food at all. Especially for the price.

Food is awesome and makes up for the staff. Staff isn't very personable(at least the one waiter I've gotten the 3 times I've gone) and service is a bit slow. Took 30 mins for my single takeout orders, and the one time I've sat it was 40 mins before we got our drinks(soda), over an hour for the food. Didn't look busy, maybe 1/3 of the tables in use. Could've had a large catering order though, staff never said what the delay was.

Three star service is due to the fact that there was only one supporting/ wait staff person wirking...he did well with what he had. It was an hour wait for food and at least 20 minutes for drinks.
The owner was friendly and came out to speak to us and discuss at length what his ambitions are and new recipes he is trying. Nice man.
The food was not outstanding, though, I'm afraid.

This is one of my favorite mom-n-pop Mexican/Italian restaurants. It's made for a sit down meal, not a fast food, get them in get them out commercial dinner like in Watertown. It's really great when one person wants Mexican but the other person doesn't. Never been disappointed, always left with a full belly.

Let me start off by saying I was very disappointed. I was craving some posole, so when I saw this place pop up on Uber eats, I was very excited. " Texas Big Red", is just regular big red. When I opened the paper bag, I thought they forgot my posole and just added salsa and condiments. When I looked closely and saw this was my posole, I just laughed. I was so mad, that laughing was the only thing my brain could process to do. I convinced myself that it was going to be worth it, but no I was sadly mistaken. This is not Mexican food! No Mexican spices and dried Chiles were used, it tasted like oil. The meat was ground beef, which is not correct. I would bit recommend this place, if they think this is acceptable, then this is just sad. $14 for this is robbery!!!!!!!

Moved here in April and this restaurant has been consistent with the classics, reminds me of Tamaulipas and Juarez everytime. If you have the time try the Tamales 🫔 🔥
