They have a Victorian Tea at the Cafe. We made a reservation for a Saturday afternoon a day before. The Victorian Tea was $42.95 a person plus tax and automatic 20% tip so for 2 people, the bill was $110.49. Each person gets a tea pot. The scone and pistachio cake were good. The decor in the tea room was nice though. We came in a relatively hot day and they had fans out since there was no AC.
After taking in the scenery of the arboretum, I went to have lunch at The Hidden Oak Café. It was amazing! The hostess Ciara greeted me with a warm friendly smile . And my waitress Emily was kind and attentive. Service was 10/10 and so was the meal❤️
We had a lovely lunch this past Sunday.Though it was overcast,we sat on the porch with our visiting granddaughters aged 10&12.The hostess was very welcoming&fussed over the girls,even pointing out the hiding spot in the old beech tree to them.My only disappointment was no white tablecloths as I have had at lunch on a Tuesday,sitting in the side porch.
