Food was good as always. Service was good. But told manager there was some AWEFUL smelling liquid, which I'm pretty sure was pee on the steps and slide in children's playroom. The whole time we ate ,none ever went to clean it. I told a few patrons to keep their kids out.
Over cooked chicken nuggets, under cooked waffle fries.They forgot the ketchup for the nasty fries and the sauce for the nuggets. 1st and last time ordering from them.I complained, and the ditzy manager blamed the delivery driver as if they were responsible for that horrible food and lack of condiments.

the location in ridge road is the perfect chic fila. they're always nice there. food is always 10/10. the line is sometimes long but it's busy there so it's ok. but the workers are always friendly. 2024 we up

I went in just now to order the million dollar TikTok kale salad it's literally $25 and they refused to give me a salad container for it. and if you know the salad, you can't really eat it without a container. Super weird since the containers cost like 25 cents? I will never ever return. Super disappointing.
