Every time I order bacon egg and cheese bagel here it’s like the bacon comes out of the person making it paycheck, just two skimpy slices of bacon on my sandwich today 😭

I've been here about 10 times and it's just never the best. I did a walk in mobile order, waited 20 minutes while the guest that walked up to the counter right away had there's made right there. The drinks are always either never full or they pack them with ice when I put light ice. The one time I also ordered a donut with my drink and they didn't even put it out. The service is never that good. I've had one nice worker of all the times I've been there. This location is just not good. All the other locations I've been too are a lot better

Stopped in this afternoon for an iced coffee, coolata and donut. The girls working today were so polite and friendly. Jasmin, our cashier, was so nice and helpful, she made the best drinks. The mint chip coolata my husband got was one of the best he’s had at any other dunkin made in the Greece area. Same with my iced coffee! Made it perfectly! Since it was almost closing time, they gave us two extra donuts which was really thoughtful. It’s employees like that that make the store stand out! The cafe was also very clean and welcoming! Highly recommend this location for exceptional friendly service and great drinks/donuts.

I placed a mobile order. 2 small drinks and a dozen donuts. I picked out the donuts i wanted. I got to the store no customer in drive or inside, I get inside there are 4 employees all standing there. I go to pick up my order and noticed no donuts. The guy that was standing there looked at me and said do you want a drink tray i said no I just want the rest of my order, the donuts I ordered. The other lady said a name and I said no it's for Kimberly and i had the receipt in my hand and she was like let me see that and took it out of my hands. Than I get home to see they never even picked the donuts i asked for, if you didn't have them you should have said something to me since I was waiting anyways since they couldn't even finish the order. Absolutely ridiculous.

Drive thru crew is very rude. Had to repeat myself multiple times and after they mocked me speaking louder and continued to laugh. Ended up leaving and not even getting anything. This happens everytime i come and it’s usually the same girl. Wish they would have such a nasty person in the back where she didn’t have to interact with customers

I just like the drink I don't care for the food it all tastes Frozen with the bit.. lol but other love they food who I take with me that for all Dunkin Donuts Roth food this place love the workers
I order delivery from here every day. Always order the same drink and sometimes various food items. The last 3 times they did not give a straw with my drink. Today they also didn't make my drink right. I tried calling several times and they never answer the phone.

The manager there charges me for a sandwich which is $5 when I only ever want a toasted croissant add bacon. Every Dunkin I go to does it with no problem and my total is always. $3.27. Today I went a young lady charged me only $3.27 for what I wanted and the manager purposely changed the price stating “ there’s no way to charge only a croissant on the computer” which is a lie because again I’ve went to that Dunkin so many times and got only charged no high than $3.27. The manager there is money hungry and inconsiderate. She purposely messed with my total today which IS NOT OKAY! I was a loyal customer but not anymore. That’s what bothered me the most was how she didn’t even give me a heads up that she was going to change my total/ mess with my money.
