Halal n Out is amazing and the new Greece location is a convenient spot for ordering lunch or dinner to go. The hip vibe and friendly staff sets the tone for a fabulous meal. We had several entrees including the grilled chicken with rice and falafel with rice. The falafel was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The food is so delicious and easily the best middle eastern food we've had here. The prices are extremely reasonable as well. I am sure this restaurant will become a regular pick up spot for us. Definitely try it. Halal n Out is the best!

Halal n Out (2nd branch) opened a month ago and is a fabulous addition to West Ridge Plaza.
A smaller place but the standards are still A1. The staff are wonderful as usual, polite, helpful and eager to please.
The menu is excellent and caters for all tastes.
We ordered the Chopped Cheese and Mac Cheese Bites. As always the food was fresh and delicious.
There is limited seating if you choose to eat in. No bathrooms are available.
There is plenty of parking.

Walked out of the gym hungry, happened to discover this place on my way to buy groceries at ridgemont wegmans, decided i would go there afterwards, was not disappointed. The employees were extremely polite, were very helpful, and eager to give me suggestions, since I essentially knew zero about that type of food. They recommended I try the chicken and lamb platter as a safe option, with boom boom sauce, and that was the right choice. Good value and relatively inexpensive with the current state of how expensive it is to order take out. Platter was $11 compared to, for example, one mediocre shake shack burger for $13, for about 3x the amount of food. They insisted i should also get a shake made by blending one of their many options of cake slices but I wasn't in the mood for dessert that night. Returned the next day because it was that good, got the same thing because i wanted it again, but with a shake this time. Chose a blue cookie monster cake slice and it was even better than I assumed it would be. Highly recommend. I dont normally write reviews because I'm extremely lazy, but i felt an obligation to do so in this case based on the high level of service I received compared to the virtually non-existent level of service that currently occurs in mostly every other take out situation.

Went there Friday night and got the chicken gyro platter. The people were nice and ready to take my order, but I ended up getting terrible food poisoning. I woke up Saturday with severe stomach pains, nausea, and a feeling of trapped gas in my esophagus. I couldn’t eat anything that morning and spent the rest of the day projectile vomiting.
I tried to eat soup and drink only liquids, but I threw that up too and had to go to the bathroom multiple times with the runs. On Monday, I had to take the day off work because I was still nauseous, unable to eat, weak, and having stomach pains. It felt like a tight ball of fire in my stomach that gradually turned into just a tight ball by Tuesday.
Tuesday, I had no choice but to go to work, but I was still nauseous and disgusted by food, so I only consumed liquids. The little bit of solid food I tried to eat made me have to go to the bathroom immediately. (Thankfully, no more puking by Monday or Tuesday.)
It’s now Wednesday, and I’m still struggling to eat solid foods—I have to go to the bathroom right away after eating—so I’m slowly reintroducing solids but only at home. (Even liquids make me have to go to the bathroom.)
I’ve never had this issue at the Irondequoit location, but after this experience, I will NEVER go back to any Halal-N-Out in Rochester. Such a terrible experience.
