I wanted to comment on Colin at the Greece, NY location. Colin has a wonderful personality and I watched him interact with customers while I was waiting for my order. When Colin saw an elderly customer coming towards the front door, he went to help the gentleman come in! The customer was a Veteran and Colin also thanked him for his service! It was amazing for such a young man to do that! I felt like I had to tell someone about the great experience I had. Thank you!

We ordered a giant club sub and regular tuna sub and the staff made an error while making the subs fresh, it was delivered by DoorDash. As soon as we saw that Jersey Mikes made the wrong order, we call this store and informed them of this mistake.
After speaking to two different employees, the corrective action was for us to drive to their store for a new sub. We asked for a store credit and then they told us to call DoorDash. DoorDash didn’t make our food, Jersey Mikes employees makes each sub fresh to order as that is the Jersey Mikes way. Maybe the store leadership should take responsibility for their mistake and offer to make things right. We the consumer paid for the order, all we want and should be able to expect is the correct items. You have a chance to make it right and you blew it, therefore you have earned the negative post about how you treat your customers. We have ordered Jersey Mikes in Florida and in Buffalo and we were treated with respect and fairly. It is my hope that someone in management please contact me to make this situation right. Trust me, I don’t need to order from Jersey Mike’s ever again. The store in Greece, NY refused to do the right thing.
Listening to the customer takes little to no effort and passing the buck is more of the same poor customer service. Without us customers, Jersey Mikes would not be in business. Congratulations you ruined of 4th of July pool party.

Yesterday was my second time going to Jersey Mike's. The staff was very friendly and the food was great both times. We ordered a large Philly Chicken sub with lettuce and tomato added. My only concern and reason for 4 stars was due to a fly situation. As I was filling my drink I noticed at least 5 large flies flying around, and it was February 22nd in the dead of winter, they did not fly in from outside.

What an amazing location! Dustin, Levi and Brittany are always amazing, welcoming and remember your orders! Any staff that we have event met there are beyond wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about them. The subs are always delicious, made fresh and to your liking! Highly recommend this location over any other!
