The staff couldn’t be friendlier! Great conversation every time I come in, but for some reason the subs are hit or miss at this location every time, never really know what to expect. Not sure if that’s a leadership issue, but it’s a shame because I love a jersey mikes sub

My sandwich was supposed to only have mayo but when we got home and I opened the wrap the bread was soaked in oil. I could barely eat it. We've been to 3 different Jersey Mike's and the only time I enjoyed it was when they first opened locally, (most likely to impress.) We probably won't be back.
I wanted to comment on Colin at the Greece, NY location. Colin has a wonderful personality and I watched him interact with customers while I was waiting for my order. When Colin saw an elderly customer coming towards the front door, he went to help the gentleman come in! The customer was a Veteran and Colin also thanked him for his service! It was amazing for such a young man to do that! I felt like I had to tell someone about the great experience I had. Thank you!
