We seen online that yawl were open til 11pm only to get here at 9:45p and yawl are closed? Some guy stood near the window. Update your hours if you close earlier than 11p.

I had a great experience at the West Ridge Road location! My online order was at the wrong store, but the staff were incredibly polite, patient, and helpful in getting my order fixed. They made the process easy and stress-free. My food was ready super fast and tasted delicious. Huge thanks to the team for their kindness and great service!

Went through the drive through, no original recipe ready, was told 15min for chicken. Paid at the window 44.27, and was told to pull up and park. Had forgotten to give cashier coupon for the order of 12piece meal for 25.99. Doors to go into talk to someone were locked, had to go around the drive through again. Explained forgot to deduct the coupon, which was about. 15.00 difference and the girl said too late nothing she can do. I asked cant you refund and recharge the amount, i dont even have the food yet, as it wasn't ready yet. Was told nope. Very shitty service, and could not even go in the store to see a manager as doors were locked at 6pm on a Thursday evening.

Terrible employees who laugh on the phone when you tell them the problem. Chicken was red inside and like it was soaked in grease. Ordered online picked up..By the time we got home ,tried to call the employee was very rude to my senior mother that was unhappy about her food. She asked for the managers name employee laughed said she didn't know. This after my mother calmly explained the problem and employee states they were busy all day 🙄 no offer of any customer service or to bring the food back the next day because they were closing. Do better as a business and train your rude, childish unprofessional employees to do better. Just sick! Will post pictures of the food!

Went through the drive through and placed my order... got no receipt... got home order was totally wrong... drove 15 minutes back ... and they they could do was give me the correct order... no apology... no offer to do anything to make up for their mistake.

Got a number 3- 4 piece (received no side) Orders a kids meal for my son. Received no milk and no mashed potato side so he only has nuggets to eat. Very disappointed no receipt either.

I dont know what happened to this place. Floors were slippery no not wet. The bathroom smelled like pee. The stall door had layers of dirt all around the handle. The food tasted like it was cooked it dirty old grease an the popcorn chicken was dry an chewy in my famous bowl. I use to love this location.

I don't eat KFC on a regular basis but I didn't feel like cooking so I stopped there for something quick.. They were offering $30 in coupons for a dollar.. I am glad that I got it because I have stopped back for a quick and lazy meal after a long day and the coupons certainly came in handy and the chicken was pretty good. Especially when you are hungry and too lazy/tired to get home and cook a meal.
