When I go to the Greece KFC I always go in. I am greeted warmly and even enthusiastically at times. I do check my order before I leave because once in a while they leave something out, but not frequently. When I have a missing item, I have called and they make a note of it in a book they have, supposedly, and tell me they will correct it next time, which they have done. I try to get there before 6:00pm to catch the rush hour so that the chicken is fresh. Once in a while I have been there later and it seems the chicken has dried out, which may be because they have cooked it earlier and it is getting later in the evening.

I just purchased my dinner from KFC on West ridge rd.greece.the food was good.it was an employee that was cussing ,and acting dumb.he had a blue shirt on, dark hair and glasses.ive worked in fast food and u don't cuss in front of customers. Thank

This location and its workers and always closing the kitchen or stop taking orders before there closing time. Ive came here multiple times, hours before there closing time and they either done cooking or not taking orders and have all the lights off. Management needs to look into this location. Seems like workers are getting paid for hours they are NOT working and being LAZY!

I ordered a large Mac n cheese,not a small in a large container….should not be able to see the bottom of a container when getting food from ANY business.very disappointing.but still delicious, just wish I didn’t get robbed.

Paid $36+ for 2 KFC bowls and 8 chicken tenders. Omg price !!!$22. For 8 chicken tenders is outrageous!!!! My chicken bowl barely filled with mashed potatoes and only 3 pieces of chicken which were not cooked all the way through. Service at drive thru and window = RUDE and impolite!!! So sad: Prices up, food quality and service way down. Will not eat here or buy from here again.

We get kfc often this is the first time I have been disappointed with the serving portions of the meal. We got the 16 piece meal with the four sides each side bowl was literally half full usually the four sides is plenty for five people only way to make it stretch was a little over a teaspoon a piece , so disappointed.
Will be complaining to the health department and including the better business bureau department. Went to this location via drive thru at night time . Got food to the house and the bigger chicken had blood in them not fully cook. We express our concern with the “manager” she was very rude . Disclaiming our complaint . Saying it wasn’t blood coming out even tho she was not on shift and was not at our home and did not see the chicken at all. She wanted us to bring back the chicken we threw out and was arguing with us as if we was talking about thousands dollar worth of chicken it was weird she had a personal problem. We told her we will reach out to corporate and she said ok that’s fine she didn’t care. This was a traumatizing experience for us because we never had chicken like this as if they rush it maybe to clock out as it was late hours.

This is the best ran KFC I've been too in Rochester. I always am greeting professionally and everyone there has a positive attitude. This management team has created a great culture. There is a Wendys not far away that is horrible and it comes down to the people and the leadership. You should be proud of this crew.
The person that took our order didn't actively listen and gave us some wrong stuff. So I was overcharged but the food was good. I work in the service industry so I didn't decide to say anything but other than that all was well.

They rounded my change up without asking which I didn’t really care about initially. But they forgot to include utensils for my famous bowel which also isn’t the first it’s happen at this location. the value isn’t there for famous bowel either at least the last few times I’ve ordered here. For 7 bucks I should get more than 4 small pieces of chicken and a little more mash potatoes… Not one to complain usually but 7 dollars is a lot for what I got.
