It was not well run by management at all. Didn't seem like anyone was in charge. Seem very short staffed. No seats were available but saw a few empty booths. Bar patrons seem to be happy. The food was ok 1 person in my party fell ill after eating fried onions. Only saw 2 waiters the whole time very nice and professional, though. I don't think I would really recommend anyone to eat there though.

Waiter seemed very annoyed specifically with us for some reason. Maybe it was an interracial couple things that bothered him. He over charged us on drinks. Food was very good but the service absolutely sucked. I remember my waiters name but won't mention it here. I wish I hadn't left a tip.

First time patron here. We started off with dirty silverware. Food stuck in the edges of the knives.Our waitress replaced with clean and gave us a coupon for free appetizeron our next vist. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin and shrimp and my son ordered the 8 oz sirloin and shrimp. We ended up with 2 6 oz steaks. However, the food was so salty I couldn't eat it. The only thing I was able to eat was the garden salad. My son was so hungry he ate the steak and shrimp. Left his fries. We were comped by the unseen manager. We left his coupon on the table. There will be no next visit for us. The waitress was very apologetic and probably a bit embarrassed.
Experiences really do depend on when you arrive and thankfully. My father and I arrived at 4pm, just before the evening rush. The food is great as always and our server was very kind and diligent. Everything came out in perfect timing.

The steaks, filet, pork chops, sweet potatoes, baked potatoes, mini loaves of bread, and shrimp appetizer are all very good. They are consistently good. Other foods are good too. Mixed drinks are good. Service is usually good. I miss the Longhorn beer they had and discontinued. I wish they would find another brewer such as Genesee to brew it for them. That beer was outstanding! The inside of the restaurant, especially the carpeting, is showing its age... it's worn out. Replacing the carpeting would greatly improve the dining room. The food is better than Texas Roadhouse, and they have some lower fat and lower Calorie choices compared to Texas Roadhouse, and it is not loud and noisy as they are. This is a more intimate dining experience... a big plus. Highly recommended!
