Pizza was wrong the last 3 times we ordered. Spoke to the manager and he argued with us and said it was our fault it was wrong because we should’ve had the order read back to us 3 to 4 times to make sure it was right. Not sure why their employees need that much confirming when order taking but maybe some re training and better listening skills might be helpful. very disappointed. I ordered pizza and 2 orders of chicken wings EXTRA WELL DONE. I got my food and the chicken was rubbery I couldn't eat it . so I wasted $45 to just get food else where. I usually order once a week I'll be ordering elsewhere from now on
MOBILE ORDER- I don’t tip online usually cash tips but I regret that: I’m not one to complain but I have never ever had issues until tonight. Order medium pizza and it arrived warm to cold not even in a hot bag. It’s COLD outside I’m sure the food gets cooled off quickly. It should be delivered how you would like your food to arrive.
