The pizza was good as always but the customer service was not. Due to several employees playing around, I stood at the counter for several minutes before I was helped. Also another customer came in about 2-3 minutes after I did and the helped that customer first. This happened when I placed my order and when I returned to pick it up.

When I did, they refused to honor that promise. Really disappointing customer service experience. I understand things can go wrong, but following through on what was promised is key to building customer trust. I won’t be back.”
Just had an award worthy calzone. It’s different from what I recall in the past. Truly cooked perfectly and was made exactly how I requested. Phenomenal job!
Also - to add, it was delivered to me HOT like it was fresh out of the oven. SO impressed!
Why offer the option of well done anything, seems very difficult to get a well done pizza or wings ...subpar over priced food don't bother....

The pizza I ordered was a large cheese pepperoni. The wonderfully cheerful and efficient MaKenzie took my order, applied the coupon, gave me the total and quoted me time for delivery. The oizza came 15 min ahead, was hot perfect crust crispy and chewey, right amount of pepperoni and cheese and delicious sauce!! I was so happy!! I rarely order pizza and Mark's exceeded my expectations. Wow! And the delivery guy was fun and courteous and was wearing a fun cat hat!
