Very SLOW service!! They are working on all pickups will those sitting in the dining room wait forever for their food. Dine in soup was given in a take out cup. Smaller portion. Two weeks ago they were out of bread - with Panera in their name how could they be out of BREAD!! That is what they do. The other night they did not have any chips as a side.
I usually like Panera and will go to others but not back to this one - Poorly managed.

Came to pick up an order..At least 2 people passed by said nothing ,then a third. Finally the second person came back by and I said excuse me can I check on an order. My you there were several bags so ...She says I can't and walks away..Ok to the manager train these young or new employees to say "Let me.grab someone to help you"..What a terrible way to say that..So disappointed at customer service these days. I'm a nice person and I travel alot..I have had kids in fast food and I always gave respect and understanding to employees. Please train them better than this Please

They can not seem to get and order to go correct even with the check off system. Third time of something missing and this time the four dollar up charged chicken not added to a sandwich! The manager can never get to the phone or help!

After checking online that were open until 9, I stopped in at 8:25 Thursday night to get a few things to take home to eat before they closed. After seeing that the bread and pastries section had been emptied into trash bags, I asked a worker if they were still open, and was told that they were. Figuring I could still order a few salads or soup... or something, I waited at the counter for a few minutes, but no workers walking by even acknowledged me to take my order. I eventually gave up and left. It's not like I ran in 5 or 10 minutes before they closed. This was over a half hour before closing time. Have standards gotten so low in the fast casual food industry that it's come to this? Unacceptable.

Great food, and good service. The dining room could have been cleaner, but I'm not above wiping down my own table.
Not a fan of all digital ordering, but that's the trend. No personal connection at all. Did was ok, average. The place was a bit messy. Chairs all pulled out, dirty carpets and tables for sure. It was not until we left did we see anyone come out to the dining area for any reason. I've been to the Panera on Howard rd and it's always been clean, not at Greece. I will not go back there. I was looking forward to a new fresh look. I got one, very Bland.

Every day I come in to have coffee. The hazelnut is the best. When I come to the dining room it's always dirty, disgusting. This morning I asked manager to clean up the tables and chairs. NEVER GOT DONE. The soda machine was NOT in proper order to customers to get their drinks. NO EXCUSES. IF the health department walked in people would be fired.
