We have gone to pinos forever and a day. Consistent yummy subs salads and so much more. Small deli which fits in tons of food. I bought a steak sub for lunch, deeelish and got an arancini ball for dinner which will last for 2 meals! Be sure to take a number as soon as you walk in....alot of people don't know or forget.

Absolutely, my favorite place to go to. If you want real italian foods. This is the place to go. Reminds me so much of my dad's home cooked meals. They have a huge variety of cooked and none cooked foods. They have Fish fry on Fridays. The desserts are Grandma's best. I highly recommend going and just trying it.

I’m from out of town and I came to pinos because I heard the food was good. When I walked in with my family I took a number and waited until I was called. One lady called my number and another number. I went up and she looked at me with a disgruntled look and told me “he’s serving you” like I was supposed to know. My sibling didn’t understand the process either and the lady taking her order got an attitude and proceeded to whisper to another lady on the line. You don’t do that in the face of confused customers who don’t understand how this process works. Then I walk up to the register to pay for my meal and no one told me wait, they just walked off and started whispering again. As someone who has worked in the food industry, front and back of house; I don’t understand what was difficult about letting us know about a wait time. I don’t even feel comfortable eating here.
I did speak with the manager Patrina and she was EXTREMELY kind and fixed the situation perfectly. I do appreciate her so much and if I happen to be in town again I may stop by. Thank you Patrina for your stellar hospitality I do appreciate you.

Amazing! Food and service! Petrena was so attentive, so helpful, so warm and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better person at customer service. Then, the FOOD. Wow! Had a party of 45 and ordered the Beef Aus Jus, 40 meatballs, lg ziti and lg garlic fried potatoes & medium cannolis. Not one piece of beef or meatball was left-everyone raved how good the food was. My nightmare that I ran out. Plus, sad there are no leftovers. However, everyone ate, but just wanted more! An added bonus was how well everything was packaged in tin pans, but also wrapped in plastic & then secured in sturdy cardboard boxes. Details like that made transport so easy & kept the food warm for a 30+ minute drive. I can't say enough how great everything was. Highly recommend.
