If the blueberries look like this tell customers you are out. Starbucks 3rd time losing money in a quarter. I definitely see why. Bankruptcy is in Starbucks future. This is the last time. The only Starbucks that are worth anything are in Victor by the Eastview Mall and in the Destiny USA mall. Rochester has no quality!

Everytime we’ve stopped by there’s been a closed sign . Today October 27 2024 12:45pm . Pulled up in drive thru signs says store closed . Are they having periodic issues?

Wow.... When it takes you 35 minutes to get 2 latte's something isn't working. I felt bad for the staff as they were woefully understaffed. Do us all a favor and get some more help

Waited 25 minutes for a latte and then it wasn’t even full. Frustrating as all get out. Terrible service.
Tried twice to get a coffee at this location. Placed order in drive through then waited the first time for an employee to scan the phone for payment of the car ahead of me literally 5 minutes. Drove off. Then today, tried again placed order, waited 5 minutes at the window to pickup my order. Saw activity but no one came to the window. Drove away again and went to Dunkin down the street. Terrible service at Starbucks.

Ordered a Iced nondairy Salted Caramel Cookie Match w/ light ice. I ended up with a regular match with whole milk, there is a bunch of ice in the cup, and there’s enough matcha powder for 3 drinks in there. I’ve tried calling 8 times via 3 different phones but the number seems disconnected. This isn’t the first time my drinks have been absolutely butchered.
