Great looking location and I have personally never had a problem with the staff, they are always friendly to me. My drinks are almost always messed up at this location, to the point where I have stopped going despite its convenient location for me. When you pay $7 for a coffee you’d like it to be made correctly. It’s a shame that this location is not great because I find Starbucks brand overall pretty consistent, but sadly I can see why it’s got the lowest rating in the area.

The parking lot and drive through are congested and narrow compared to other locations. The whole area is kind of like that. Confusing and full of people that can't drive and dont understand right of way.

The manager, I think his name is Daniel, is wonderful. He knows customers names, asks how they are and truly cares about the service he gives down to timely delivery and quality.

Went through the drive thru, never got my card back, realized it when I exited, turned back around to go back through the drive thru, waited in line again, card couldn’t be found, they either gave it to another customer or misplaced it. Tried talking to a manager at night, she was helpful, told me she’d call the store manager and they would look at the video to see in the morning. Called back in the morning, talked to a manager who laughed and basically told me the only way they were able to look at the video was if there was a police report which was crazy. Cancelled the card, horrible customer service, won’t ever go back and horrible customer service. Lose my card and couldn’t care less.
Nearly always have to wait 20 minutes for 2 drinks. C'mon Starbucks - staff and manage this store right or close it. We expect much better from you, especially with the prices you charge.

If the blueberries look like this tell customers you are out. Starbucks 3rd time losing money in a quarter. I definitely see why. Bankruptcy is in Starbucks future. This is the last time. The only Starbucks that are worth anything are in Victor by the Eastview Mall and in the Destiny USA mall. Rochester has no quality!
