Ordered a Iced nondairy Salted Caramel Cookie Match w/ light ice. I ended up with a regular match with whole milk, there is a bunch of ice in the cup, and there’s enough matcha powder for 3 drinks in there. I’ve tried calling 8 times via 3 different phones but the number seems disconnected. This isn’t the first time my drinks have been absolutely butchered.

Such a pretty Starbucks, very kind staff and good drinks and food.I saw other reviews saying this place is bad and let me just say that, this Starbucks is newer so you cant expect them to instantly buy ingredients and also someone was complaining because they wouldn’t come up to the window when the store was closed… literally look online to see if it’s open or not, it’s not that hard.

I've always had a good experience in this particular Starbucks. I never had problems with employees. They are all very polite, very down-to-earth. You have an issue. They will solve it. All staff is great in there
