Me and my wife have been ordering from these guys for many years. And I have to admit that the staff is completely slacking. How is it a steak fajita wrap DOESNT TASTE OR LOOK LIKE A FAJITA. The driest steak, cheese was nowhere near melted. It's like people don't care anymore. When I was in good service I always gave it my all as best as I can. I guess that kind of integrity is gone.

The lady at the counter was rude when I went to pick up my order then charge me because I put tomatoes on one half and lettuce I'm the other half and never said on the phone that was additional charge they told me one price on the phone and then when I got in there it was a whole different price I want all three dollars difference and when I said something that's when she started having an attitude and the sub was not that good there was barely any turkey on it it was more bread than anything don't recommend it to anybody and I will never go back it was my first time and last time

Ordered delivery and yelled to my family member to answer the door as I wasn't dressed properly and when she did the delivery driver mocked what I said. He was very rude, I would take my tip back but I'm not a pos.

Ordered food online. A chicken wing dinner with fries and wedges. Requested to have my wings 5 Buffalo mild 5 garlic parm well done. Got home, the wings are rubbery and not a drop of sauce on the wings. I call and the girl on the phone said they circled the sauce on my order to ask me which one I wanted or if I wanted them both mixed together because they don’t offer half and half. 1.) why have the option to choose 5 and 5 if you won’t make them. 2.) YOU NEVER ASKED WHAT SAUCE I WANTED. asked for a refund because I don’t plan on going back and was told I can get a credit for my food they don’t give refunds. After reading reviews I’m sure I’ll be told I can’t get a refund for my entire chicken wing dinner 🙄

The fishery was the worst I ever had the dinner absolutely sucked!!! Think twice before you order from them! I’ll stick with Salvatore’s or Romigs for Sure!

The food is always incredible, my family and I have been going here for years and I love it. Unfortunately there have been a few occasions now where the person at the register has been not the friendliest: ( I love the food here but I feel so anxious coming in just because of the attitude, I've had good experiences with the customer service before as well, It's just been really difficult to go pick up the food now just because I know I'm going to be greeted with not the nicest person.
I ordered large pizza and 20 wings. The pizza was burnt and the wings looked burnt. Call and complained. They made me a fresh order. This pizza was worse then the first one. This is unaccaptable.

The woman at register was rude no eye contacy..Unless glares count. Got our order wrong. Instead of breaststroke I got thighs. No meat soggy fries n bland Mac salad. You should call it mayo Mac. Most gross meal I've had in years. Must be run by Dems...the Trump hat triggers them.. never again...

I LOVE this place! Their menu has so many options - huge portions for cheap, too! My favorite is their "snack" item which is really a full meal and then some...choice of chicken wings, fingers, or boneless wings + 2 sides for only $11?! AND if you specify that you want your wings crispy, they will definitely deliver. Thanks Tony's Birdland!

As a customer of Tony since 1989 The chicken fingers have gone downhill way too crunchy Ron used to tell me that the customers all loved them, but I would disagree. I had some from Salvatore's and from Pontillo recently that were very soft with just a bit of crunch soaked in sauce Maybe offer a crunchy or a soft option but those chicken fingers I had a few weeks ago were terrible. The chicken finger basket could've been a staple in the city of Rochester just like the garbage plate
