Service is horrible takes forever for simple food they are rude and can’t even count a simple amount of change or know how to order on the register. Last visit the kid had no clue how to count and couldn’t hear a simple I want a bacon burger

Spent about 10 minutes at the window waiting on my food. Got 3 items and 2 were normal standards. The baconator on the other hand was so dry due to how badly they burnt it. I choked down about half of it before throwing in the trash. Now i am feeling very ill to my stomach. Steer clear of this location. You are better off at mcdonalds, burger king or dairy queen all within a half mile of this location and far better.

Waited 30 minutes for cold food called the store and they refused to remake or replace any of the food because I didn't have a paper receipt which there employees never put on the bag refused to take my web receipt sat at the counter for over fifteen minutes being ignored workers are all completely rude besides one and the managers are incompetent and rude as well so now I get cold food they refuse to replace and I'm out the money because they refuse to give me a refund as well

The service suck waited inside at the counter for about 10 mins before someone to take my order and then I guess they forgot to get large and medium size lids and the ice machine on the fountain machine did not work and the service just suck all round the manager that was on did not step up to ask if they could do anything and they where just slow as a snails !!!!!!!!!!!
The employees are lazy a lot of times they are understaffed so they close temporarily or they tell you they are doing mobile app orders only. My last visit I received a junior Burger on a Dave single bun. When I took my burger back they tried telling me that is what a Dave's single looks like. Every other Wendy's I have gone to My Dave single is a good size Burger not a junior Burger. I do not recommend this location to anybody go to a different location

Dont come here at dinner right now, they're understaffed and confused, made me come inside for my drive through mobile order. I admit when I've made a mistake but my phone screen clearly said drive through. So now I get to wait in line a second time for my food while my kid and partner wait in the car.
