Got my car worked on down the street, which is always fun, and needed lunch. I was immediately greeted by Kostul who provided the best experience I’ve had at a fast food place in a while. She was so joyful and friendly I completely forgot about my car troubles for a moment.

DO NOT GO HERE Waited for 30 minutes just for half my order to be missing and the rest of it to be completely wrong. They left the window open the whole time so i could hear the staff arguing the entire wait. Waste of money.

I smoked 2 cigarettes while waiting to tell the girl that I have a mobile order. I wasn't going to say anything, as I prefer my food with spit, but I'll drive to a further one. Oh yeah. I also only had one meal, and I am writing this WHILST waiting to tell her that I have a mobile order.

Ordered food when I got to the window I didn't get the sauce I ordered they said they never charged me. Instead of giving it to me for the mistake on there part for not taking orders correctly they charged me. Terrible customer service. Any other restaurant they just give it for it being there mistake

Just left your store with 1/2 my order. I ordered a Kids cheese burger meal. for the 15 minutes I was there Noone was on the grill or started my kids burger. some of the time they were busy but there was 5 minutes when Noone was doing anything. that's when I asked when they were going to Start my burger. employee said she didn't know how to cook a burger and Noone was on the grill. after looking to see how much time I had I just left because I didn't want to be late and Noone had started on my order!

Dave would be disappointed!!! From the parking lot to the inside the place looks like a dump. No pride in ownership!!! This also goes for the West Ridge Rd store!!! What happened!!!

I like to eat a healthier diet. Sometimes I don’t want to cook. So I stop at Wendy’s. I know they have healthier food options. I love their Salads especially the Caesar salad, A plain Baked Potato, Chili. I love to get their lil Jr Frosty for my fur child.
Terribly run. Always wait long even if no one is there. I order doordash hours before and my order is not even ready by the time I get there. One time I go there and they say they are closing early when I was scheduled to pick up an order. Someone get corporate down there and fix this. Some of us are in schedules and can't wait an hour for an order that should take 5 min. Absolute joke.
I went to have a brunch with my pregnant daughter, as I ordered I started to notice how dirty this restaurant was. I never have gone to a Wendy’s this dirty and unsanitary. I immediately ask to cancel my order and asked for a refund but the manager insisted that Ayer restaurant there are no refunds and was very rude and upset. She pretended at first to look for the manager lol. Then she saw that I still wanted a refund and would not look at me. The whole time she said this time I’ll give u a refund but we don’t allow refund here. Returning my money but looking away the whole time. I’m posting pictures of how this restaurant looked.

I ask for the honey buddy chicken biscuit and they did not put the sauce on my sandwich and I also ordered the maple bacon croissant and also they didn't put bacon and sauce. It was just bread and chicken both sandwich.
