Just got an unsweetened iced tea, except it was just watered down soda. Like seriously??? If you're out of tea then say you're out of tea, if someone is doing this because they think it's funny, you really know how to hire them!

The chicken in my salad was quite sus… I need to stop going here. I sat in the drive through for forever and was like no let me leave and I went to this other Wendy’s like up the block and it was so magnificent I was blown away like an advanced Wendy’s you couldn’t even imagine. It was beautiful and the staff oh so friendly. Please don’t attend this Wendy’s …it is a Naur 0/10 they didn’t even give me a sauce for my salad one could say that’s my fault so I will admit I didn’t check …? but like please I want sauce.

Store hours are posted 6:30AM-12:00AM. Placed a mobile order at just after 11:00PM before work. Store was open, accepting mobile apps, with all the lights on. Employees would not answer speakerbox or window, we could see them hiding inside laughing.

It's ostensibly a fast food restaurant, but while the food does get to you fast, the quality is generally considerably better than other restaurants in this category. A single meal will likely fill you, and they really do taste great. They are pricier than some of their competition, but the consistent quality of the food makes it worthwhile. Additionally, as it's not mostly filler but real food, the energy and feeling of fullness will actually last. I do finds their spicier foods are actually spicier than some of their competitors, so do take note of that if you're unprepared. I'd call them my fast food place of choice.
This is a unpleasant location. BUT the staff ARE NOT at fault. The area this Wendy's is located does not do it service.The food here is good, the staff are kind, but the service is very very slow more often than not. But I've never found the staff to be rude or impatient. We are mutually understanding that sometimes things take too long. However, I cannot extend that compliment to some of the patronage at this location. People who frequent this location can be extremely impatient, loud and extremely rude. In the past, I had been threatened by customers at this location and they escalated into shouting matches, just because I used a lot of ketchup and requested my order to be redone since an error occurred. Like I said, the employees here are kind and understanding in situations like this, and even came to my defense in a way when this incident happened, but if frequently this location runs the risk of endangering my person, I feel the need to warn other customers of this possibility.

Went to this Wendys that I live approx. 5 minutes from, picked up my mobile order and went home. Saw that food was missing so I called, the person who answered said they can't find my mobile order so I must have the wrong store. Went back with my receipt, told them what was missing (approx. 16 dollars worth of food) only to have them say that since a lot of food has been going missing at this location the general manager will not allow them to make what was missing. It's not our fault your workers couldn't keep things orderly and forgot half my order. not to mention the food we did get all the fries were cold!

I ordered 5 burgers on doordahs and got 1. Called the get a receiver and they only processed 3 burgers even though I was missing 4 burgers. Not hard to make sure everything is in the bag. Shouldn't take 2 deliveries and still not be right.

If i could give negative stars i would i was waiting in the drive thru for 25 minutes and still got my order completely wrong the staff seemed lost and didnt know what they were doing very unsatisfied with this

I came to Wendy's this morning 10-29-2023 the sausage 2 for 3.00 I ask for 3 orders with sausage and cheese they give me 3 buscuts with cheese and other 3 sausage I didn't care if I had to pay extra I went back thru drive thru ask him please put sausage on my buscuts he refuse and refuse to give me a refund I will be calling headquarters on Monday I want a refund I left the food right on ground
