Placed an order today to get a simple sandwich on some white bread you know spoke with the girl on the phone told her exactly what I wanted some turkey, bacon, lettuce, mayo, and onions. I got my sandwich after I called it in over the phone brought it back to my job to find that there were these huge tomatoes, which I am allergic to. Was confused on why the bacon wasn’t strips of bacon and it was just crushed bacon. I guess they’re trying to save money on bacon kind of crazy. I’ve never heard of any deli putting bacon on a sandwich crushed when I went back cause I spoke with the girl on the phone to let her know that my order was wrong she said to bring the sandwich back no problem I didn’t want it. Can’t eat it instead of making me a new sandwich after I expressed to her that I was allergic The girl in the back just decided to take the bread off that was saturated with the tomatoes and just put another piece of bread on top of it instead while there were still tomato juices and seeds all over my sandwich I don’t know why I had to express the fact that I was allergic and did not get a new one made. I am just disappointed. Can’t even get a sandwich, right I will be disputing my charges on my card.

I got a bacon egg and cheese. It was $10! Dont mind the price if the food quality and taste is good. But the taste was horrible and the egg was not fresh. It looked like it was already cooked and kept before. For a pricey place you would think atleadt the egg would be made fresh. So disappointed.

Just ordered a cup of tomato soup. Soup was terrible. They are just not a friendly place. Would have returned it but didn't think they would be nice about it. I just tossed it. Btw they gave me 4 small croutons for the soup. Used to get a bag of home made croutons that were delish. The old deli 51 was always so friendly and would accommodate customers.

Such a wonderful experience! I had a old gift card from the previous owners and the very kind young man at the register offered to give me a discount even though they didnt take those anymore. Food was delicious and fresh, no complaints at all, would definitely return‼️

Looks like a decent hole in the wall deli for a quick cheap meal , order a turkey bacon cheese on a roll , comes to $15 and change charged me extra $1.50 for cheese , sandwich had one piece of bacon and 2 pieces of turkey. Complete rip off I will never come here again , young guy at the counter was rude when I questioned the price , place is a complete joke tiny portions and very overpriced DO NOT COME HERE !!!!

First of all, not only did they not honor my Deli 51 gift card from previous owners (which I had no idea about that), but the counter person also told me that they had to keep my card!! I then told my coworkers about that situation and they told me that since the new owner took over they haven’t been back. They feel that the quality of their food has gone down and that the prices have been jacked up. So if you want an overpriced sandwich from some teens with an attitude then this is the place for you!!
** Update ** To the owner (Martin) who I spoke to on the phone before my review, you surely didn’t seem to care about my issues with the gift cards being honored. You told me that it’s been 2 years and now you say it’s 3? Get your story straight!! And when I was on the phone with you, you were NOT interested in accommodating me and dismissed me. So stop being phony and pretending like you care or that you’re a good businessman!!

Very nice staff but they barely put any meat on their Italian heros (they call it a "chilled bada bing") it was 1 slice thick of each meat amounting to a whopping 3 - 4 slices thick of deli meat in the best areas. The 2 slices of provolone were as thick as the meat portion. Not what you're looking for in an almost $16 chilled meat hero. Next time I'll be going to Greenway deli for the right amount of meat on a hero.
