Went through the worst experience with this place. Ordered DoorDash pick-up through their website. My order was two 24 piece chicken wings; 1 order of Honey BBQ and 1 order of mild buffalo and other dishes. When I went to pick up the food my receipt shows exactly that order. I came home ready to eat and realized it was two orders of Honey BBQ, I called to tell them the mistake and they gave me the most outlandish explanation. They said their computer shows two orders of Honey BBQ. I said im going to go back to show them my receipt. When I arrived, the kid who was manning the cash register said because I ordered through doordash the first ingredient Honey BBQ only shows so they didnt see the mild. I showed him the reciept showing my order which literally says “2x: 24 wings 1: Honey BBQ and 1: mild.” He didnt care and said go through doordash and try to get your money back we’re not going to make you the mild order for you!! After some back and forth I asked to speak to his manager, he had to get him on the phone, when he called and finally connected the first thing he says is “the doordash guy is here,” I yelled loud enough for his manager to hear me on the phone and said “I am not doordash I am a customer who ordered wings and is looking for you guys to right the mistake!” The manager on the phone heard and instructed him to make the wings. The kid who was working the cash register was rude and very confrontational. He didnt know anything about customer service and just argued with me instead of trying to understand the mistake they made. Hate to say it but he was a 17 year old idiot who didnt understand his own ticketing system, the evidence was put in front of him and instead of reconciling the receipt with the order system, he made preconceived assumptions and made the situation unnecessarily worse. I would stay away from this place, not a good place of business. Classic example of not training your employees enough or at all.

i love this place so much. every wrap i’ve had is so good. i also love potato skins. theirs are good. 10/10 for having a potato skin available.

I wish I could give Buffalo Grille Greenlawn zero stars! My husband and I had a $25 gift certificate and we went to go use it this evening. They would not take the gift certificate. The girl behind the counter says “we don’t take those anymore.” It has no expiration date on the gift certificate. Why is it suddenly not valid becuase they decided to not do gift certificates anymore. They she still honor the ones that are still out there until they phase this out. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager and the girls behind the counter said that the manager is not here. I asked her to call the manager. She called and the manager said they will not honor it. So if you have a gift certificate to buffalo grille it is no longer valid there and you have lost money. Our food was already done and in the bag and I told her I don’t want the food if she isn’t going to honor the gift certificate. She said ok they are taking a loss on all the food, our business today and have lost all future business from our family. It is really quite sad how bad the customer service was.

Damn….I had a taste for their fries so I ordered a large. When I picked them up, the woman at the counter said they ran out of large fry containers so she gave me a small. (Would have been nice to know when I ordered ?) I asked if she could just give me a diff container and charge me for the large fry. She said yes, went in the back, threw the fries in a wing container and DID NOT have them make and add more fries. So she charged me extra for nothing. She also charged me extra because I asked for them to sprinkle a little extra seasoning on the fries. Yikes.

So sad because they always had the best wings. The fries are also different so I didn’t like them. Listen people, if you’re going to take over a business, don’t change all the good things. Having capital to start a business doesn’t mean you can run it properly. That’s the last time I go there ? Damn, Damn, Damn.

The pandemic is long over and they’re still charging obscene prices for wings. What a shame they used to be $8 for 12 and now they’re almost $20 the owners should be ashamed. The staff are awesome friendly and helpful they aren’t the problem it’s just greed on the part of the owners. I hope the owners don’t betray the staff the way they did to their loyal customers.

Used to go here in HS when the food was actually good, that was when it was owned by Lisa. I went last night and I was very disappointed. The service was underwhelming and the staff had no idea what they were doing. They left our appetizer plates on the table as we ate our meal and the two women working the front came over to us individual to tell us the same thing twice. There is no leadership at this restaurant.As for the food, it got worse...the only thing that was actually tasty was the wings and the fries. We got a philly cheesesteak and a BLT. The cheesesteak was soggy, meat was rubbery and the melted cheese was no longer melted by the time it got to the table (please look at the picture). The BLT was mediocre, the bacon was green and burnt and the mayo that was "on the side" caused severe complications among the servers. We asked for a few condiments on the side and they began to sass us and said "Do you really need anything else?" Oh and there was a hair in the mayo. See picture. If I could give zero stars I would.

I normally go on Thursday with coworkers but we decided to go today which is a Wednesday. Cajun wings r usually excellent, but today they were terrible. Out of 12 wings 5 were seasoned, 2 had no seasoning and the rest were partially seasoned. A few of my coworkers were unhappy as well. Don't know what happened.
