Woman Cecilia behind the counter is extremely rude and unpleasant. She’s the “manager” of this place. The old manager Sergio was amazing. She is the reason Mingo is losing customers.

They get orders wrong frequently and the wait times are always longer than stated. Then you have to wait for them to cook your correct order.

I have been going to this place since 2002. I was there a few weeks ago, food was so so.
I picked up tonight and nothing was the same soggy food wrong dressings and unpleasant girl behind counter. I'm not sure what happened. If l would dined in I would have sent everything back. Very upsetting was a great spot.

Seems like Lisa’s Buffalo Grille has gone down the tubes. It’s not the same quality place to get wings and a wrap like it used to be. All the negative reviewers are correct. What happened?

For now I’ll have to find another wing spot. So sad because this was the perfect spot for wings growing up. Sorry Lisa, we’re breaking up. It’s not me, it’s you.

I’ve been going to Lisa’s buffalo grille for 10+ years and I’ve recommended it to other folks, but unfortunately now I’m going to have to echo the other poor reviews. I used to love the wings and fries here but now the food is a soggy mess and cold by the time I pick it up (I live a couple of minutes away). They put the celery in first when ordering wings, so it gets covered in sauce and wilted by time you pick it up. Same situation with fries, they get soggy and cold by the time I pick up.

Also the wings are smaller than I remember, they nickel and dime you for credit card use, asking for dipping sauce, and celery on the side rather than with the wings. Maybe they changed ownership, maybe it’s a sign of the times, but I recommend choosing a different joint for wings or casual food from now on.

Place is horrible service. lady who works there is rude and made me dig through the garbage to get the plate. Overpriced for hair in food. DO NOT COME HERE.

Ordered 3 bison burgers and one regular burger. All got delivered looking identically the same. Called to ask which one was regular. Girl on the phone giggled and said she wasn't sure. Then she said the one with celery was the regular. They all had celery. When she heard that she laughed and said sorry can't help you. Very clear she couldn't care less. $125 down the drain. Second time I had an issue with the people taking orders and answering phone. Not going back. Ever.

My husband ordered a buffalo sandwich and asked for cheese and the sauce on the side. Paid almost 16 for it because they charged him extra for everything...including the buffalo sauce for the buffalo sandwich
Brought it home and it was a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon on it. Wont go again.

I have been coming here several times a year for 10+ years, always, take out. I never understood why they put the fries and celery in with the wings, so by the time you pick them up, the steam from the wings made fries soggy and the celery wilted. I looked past this as the wings were decent. Until tonight. Spicy does not mean medium but ladle more on. The pool of sauce in the container was so large it over flowed when I turned a corner. Swimming at the bottom was the celery and on top the soggy and now un-edible fries. Time to find a new spot for the wing craving.

Went through the worst experience with this place. Ordered DoorDash pick-up through their website. My order was two 24 piece chicken wings; 1 order of Honey BBQ and 1 order of mild buffalo and other dishes. When I went to pick up the food my receipt shows exactly that order. I came home ready to eat and realized it was two orders of Honey BBQ, I called to tell them the mistake and they gave me the most outlandish explanation. They said their computer shows two orders of Honey BBQ. I said im going to go back to show them my receipt. When I arrived, the kid who was manning the cash register said because I ordered through doordash the first ingredient Honey BBQ only shows so they didnt see the mild. I showed him the reciept showing my order which literally says “2x: 24 wings 1: Honey BBQ and 1: mild.” He didnt care and said go through doordash and try to get your money back we’re not going to make you the mild order for you!! After some back and forth I asked to speak to his manager, he had to get him on the phone, when he called and finally connected the first thing he says is “the doordash guy is here,” I yelled loud enough for his manager to hear me on the phone and said “I am not doordash I am a customer who ordered wings and is looking for you guys to right the mistake!” The manager on the phone heard and instructed him to make the wings. The kid who was working the cash register was rude and very confrontational. He didnt know anything about customer service and just argued with me instead of trying to understand the mistake they made. Hate to say it but he was a 17 year old idiot who didnt understand his own ticketing system, the evidence was put in front of him and instead of reconciling the receipt with the order system, he made preconceived assumptions and made the situation unnecessarily worse. I would stay away from this place, not a good place of business. Classic example of not training your employees enough or at all.
