Close to my house so I have given this place so many chances. Either got the order wrong or the food is stale. Slow as can be. Takes forever to get anything. No management or system or anything. Most of the staff is not polite at all. Overpriced and below average food with super slow service. Close the doors.

I was excited to go here since I’m new and this is a local spot along the Greenlawn strip. Sadly the bacon egg and cheese I ordered barely had anything on it and the sandwich was cold. It was overpriced in comparison to other bagel places. The place was also filthy. The booths are littered with crap and it just seems dirty. The person behind the counter was less than friendly. It saddens me to write this review however I’m hoping someone from there reads this and takes some of these issues into consideration and makes some changes.

Won’t be back here. After waiting ten minutes for two sandwiches, a bagel with butter and a side of bacon, I got home to find that neither of my sandwiches were even close to what I ordered and the bagel was hard. Very disappointed.

Decent bagels but by far not the best. Not enough cream cheese on the bagel. Self serve coffee. Probably one of the cheapest bagels I’ve bought in a long time. Room to eat inside. Parking can be tricky depending on the time of day.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I will NEVER come back here again. I have only came here out of convenience because it’s the only bagel place close to my house. Every single time I come here they mess up my order. Bagels are always stale. They never put much cream cheese on them and they are rude. again this morning they blatantly messed up my order even though I said it twice loudly. Is it that dam hard to toast a bagel!!

Best coffee on Broadway in Greenlawn! The people are always super friendly and kind. The bagels are DELICIOUS! Egg sandwiches come with a free small coffee! This is my favorite spot to get coffee every morning!
Pains me to do this, but hands down the worst bagel shop I’ve ever been to. It’s almost as if this place refuses to take my order correctly. However, their consistency to get my order wrong every single time is quite impressive I must say. Awful, slow, unfriendly service combined with stale bagels and cold coffee isn’t a combination for success. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.

If I could give it 0 stars I would.I've given this bagel store a fair shake, and my last visit will, without question, be my last.The service is unbelievably bad. Slow, inefficient, and incompetent.The quality of the product is horrifying. The bagels I ordered were stale. I ordered egg over easy and I got over well. It was supposed to be on a bagel, it was given to me on a rollThere was no miscommunication. The person who took the order repeated the order and then made the sandwich himself. It's like he made me whatever he felt like making.Asked for sliced ham, and what I received was spoiled. It was slimy and smelled. To say I was shocked is an understatement.All 6 giant coffee pots were empty.The store was filthy from top to bottom.You couldn't pay me to go back to this store.
