Terrible service. Terrible food. They don't do anything right. Even the soda was flat. Go down to Broadway pizza.

There are a hundred pizza places. When you move to a new town, finding the best one is a priority. We did. Nuff said.

We came in on foot. We waited in a line. He was very busy. So we just waited, and waited. Standing there for 15 minutes. He never noticed us. I raised my hand and shouted to him, we need to place an order. We were ignored. He also kept answering the phone, taking orders. After 20 min of this, we left hungry. It was already 630, so we had to drive to Broadway pizza to place an order, and wait for it to be cooked. A bit rude, he was. I have never gone back. I'll give it another try eventually.

We've been enjoying San Giacomos a bunch lately after we first tried them the other day with their Pizza, Salads, Snapper and Chicken dishes. The pizza is actually pretty decent, a solid C+/B rating for a regular pie, good size, nothing memorable but could be ordered again in the future. The best dishes we've had are the Sole Francese and The Chicken D Giacamo. Those entress were pretty good, so much sauce and flavorful, also the fact that it comes with a salad and some bread are a good plus. Delivery driver must have been a smoker though, cause after delivery we smelled it on the bag, not on the food thank goodness, but still that will make us take off a star for it.

Terrible service! First, they took our order and only put slices in the oven but neglected to put the broccoli roll in, so by the time the slices were nice and burnt, the broccoli roll was still an after thought. Needless to say, we told the employee we didn't want it anymore. The slices were in the oven way too long and it looked as thought they added extra cheese on top to hide the fact that the pizza had been sitting around all day. It's a shame the pizza and the service is so bad because the physical space of the place is aesthetically pleasing. Train your employees to care about quality and maybe we'll give it another try, but for now we'll stick with the tried and true Broadway Pizza!

This restaurant is terrific! So glad we found it. We have been there three times in the past few weeks. The staff are so nice and accommodating.

Okay everyone this is my 2nd time buying food here . I brought the same thing - the penne alla vodka with Grilled chicken ! And I'm in love !! This is my néw Italian spot to go to ! The first time I was so amazed that I had to give this another try before making a post . I can 100% confirm the food is good every time I order . I recommend anyone to try there penne alla vodka !! Add the grilled chicken if you dare ! You won't be disappointed

Ordered a few times already from them since they are local,Pizza is excellent, good taste with good ingredients., they also have a gluten free menu, a big +, and they delivered in a snowy day too.If you want cheap pizza go to 7-eleven, but if you want good pizza go to Giacomo’s5 star plus from me !

Very expensive. Some of their specialty slices are not as good. The specialty slices are $4.50... but otherwise, I like their chicken rolls. Very nice decor and a modern feeling to the place.

Not all meatball parm heros are created equal, and the meatball hero Rob makes at San Giacomo is hands down the best I've ever had. All the food that comes out of their kitchen is outstanding, I highly recommend this place if you want some authentic Italian cuisine
