Zack is super awesome! We are Starbucks lovers there isn’t a day without it. My husband and I love the fact that when we pick up our coffees Zack recognizes us and we can go straight to the pick up window. Whether it’s drive through or in store pick up if Zack is working a shift you can expect excellent client service from him. Zack and team has officially made Greenlawn our favorite Starbucks to visit! Thank you Zack for making everyday so wonderful!

Can you guys please lower the music?! Between the music and the groups of kids that come in being loud, I can’t even sit down and enjoy my coffee and read some emails in peace.

The truth is that it is the worst coffee I have ever bought. I don't know why they don't do it the same as all the other Starbucks. Apart from that, the glass in which they gave me the coffee had a very unpleasant smell. I won't go back to that place

Since I was visiting, getting to know the area before I finally move in next door, I stopped by for coffee. Starbucks has gotten to be hideously expensive! Was having a promotion which I completed. Staff wasn’t bad, cannot complain about them. It is a sterile, unfriendly vibe. Later in the day was filled with immature teenage girls, I didn’t feel comfortable being there.
Until they get rid of the new CEO, I will limit my visits to many Starbuck’s in upstate New York as well as the NYC metro region.

This is the slowest Starbucks on Long Island.

Store tends to have staff constantly call out. They only have drive thru open alot of times but the drive thru ordering doesn't work so you have to order at the window. Alot of wasted time here. Place tends to be dirty

I am a Starbucks fan I go at least once a week but this location is awful almost every time. I used to mobile order here and stopped because they never have it ready when I get there. They usually haven’t started it or can’t find the ticket. I’ve also gotten coffees from here that were just not good even though I get the same drink every time. Everyone seems nice working there but the dynamic of the store is definitely struggling.
