The lady answering the phone was RUDE!! Then when we went to pick up the food, no smile, no hi, rude, not polite whatsoever. Customer service is HORRIBLE and if that woman isn’t family, you should get a new front girl! I don’t appreciate being treated so rudely especially after spending over $100.

My chicken was burnt. By the time I cut all the burnt pieces off there was only a little left. Guac was good

When my wife makes an order she showed a photo of what she wanted to order, but they gave wrong one. So my wife tried to return the food, but they did not accept it and said that order another menu if you want. I have not seen any restaurant that does not take return when they serve wrong food.

Great food all around (e.g. steak and chicken burritos, quesadillas) but in particular they make the absolute best buffalo chicken nachos!!!I usually get take out and their service is always timely.

They made an error on our order. They have Nachos El Supremo and Supreme Nachos on the menu. We wanted Nachos El Supremo. My wife said "Nachos Supreme" when she ordered and not El Supremo and they gave us the Supreme Nachos. No biggie right. When we told the guy there was a mistake his attitude was that's not my fault. Which it is his fault because you have two very similar sounding items on the menu and my wife said Nachos Supreme which is not on the menu at all, so he should have clarified. Regardless, typically when something like this happens the restaurant just fixes it no questions asked. He wanted another $10 to fix it. Very disappointing it's just nachos bruh, not a lobster tail. I'm sure your still making money on the transaction you greedy flake.Secondly, the food was not as good as it used to be. I didn't recognize the staff. I wonder if ownership changed.

This is my place for the best food. I love the burritos, everything is made excellent and the people are really nice too! Fresh salsas I can't get enough of, just delicious. Definitely the best place around
Parking: The lot can fill up quickly if other stores have events. (coffee shop has music sometimes)
