The food was fine but overpriced. What we thought were croutons in the wedge salad were large squares of fried, mostly fatty bacon. The filet mignon was perfectly done and very good. The service was excellent - very attentive waiters.
My husband and I came to Bar Frites for dinner, I was craving Filet Mignon and Bar Frites is my favorite place to eat it. The service and food was outstanding, the crying little brats around us were annoying as hell.
As always, lovely place to have a lunch - beautiful day, pleasant atmosphere. Service was outstanding. I particularly appreciated that the waiter let me know that my choice of sauce (on mussels) was spicy in time to change my order - very much appreciated!
