My mother purchased food for Yom Kippur on their online ordering service on the 6th of October, it is now the 12th of October Yom Kippur Day and they are telling me that the online ordering service that despite the fact that their online ordering service charged my mother we now have to pay again for our food for the holiday and WE have to go fight their online ordering service to get our money back!!!!! We have used this store for 20+ year for breakfast and the holidays and this is the treatment they give us! The service has gone way down hill since it changed owners, we will not be coming back again! ABSOLUTE THIEVES!!!

Goodys was the sponsor of a race that I helped organize. They donated 18 dozen mini bagels plus breads. The bagels were fantastic and they insisted on baking them the same day so that they would be super fresh. Everything was perfect and delicious! The bagels were a huge hit.

The place is dirty. The coffee is terrible. The bagels are blown up to size with air and are flavorless. Goody and the other Manager are rude ro customers and will whistle at women to get their attention. Anything else you would like to know?
