This place is terrible. It’s dirty. Didn’t get the order right. Coffee was trash. Bunch of people looking at there phones behind the counter.They don’t pull the bacon apart while cooking, so it’s undercooked and the bagel was dripping with grease.

second time that we ordered sesame bagels and were given plain ....... they're also the thinnest bagels i've ever seen on the island - as if you're eating toast - and they give you a microscopic amount of cream cheese

The best bagels in the area. Moderate size with dense chewy texture. Not cakey. I'm a fan of the slim and trim bagels specifically which are supposed to be low carb. They have the usual selection of salads, fish, eggs and cream cheeses. Vegan options too. The dining area consists of a few tables. There is no table service. You are better off making your order to go. Don't be turned off by the line which sometimes goes out the door. The establishment itself is small. The generous amount of staff keeps the line moving.

Too chaotic, people behind the counter don’t know what they are doing. Gave me an extra bagel that I didn’t order, but they charged me for it. It wasn’t the trouble to go back to return the extra item. It’s a confusing place, not orderly at all — too many moving parts and people at the same time. The older guy with glasses needs some training on customer service.$31 for 4 bagels, one of which I didn’t even order….first time patron, last time patron.
