I see a lot of complaining about the service… I had no issues with the staff, I did notice a few customers being very rude when speaking to the the server.Food was great will return again.

If you just wanna go for food and dont expect anything but food this is the place. Don’t expect any service since all of the staff are rude as anything from the Valet guy to the waiters to the owners. They don’t have any respect for their customer, selective treatment to the ones which are regular and not for others. Included tip by themselves to the bill for the table of 2 since they are pretty aware with the level of service nobody is going to give tips!

Horrible service from waiter to parking attendant- they have they’re their regular weekly customers and if you come once a month you’ll be treated in a very different way (rude and disrespectful). Food is fine - unfortunately this is the only Chinese restaurant in the area…

Hunan used to be good three years ago even when I found a piece of lead in my Beef & Broccoli and the owner was insisting that it was not lead but nevertheless it made a metal like noise when I dropped it in front of him on my side plate. Regardless no apologies was received and We did not ask for any courtesy. Tonight was another story, from the get go, we received an extremely rude welcome and were pushed to our table. After 10 minute wait an obnoxious waiter took our order and dropped the food on the table and left. When the main course came about they refuse to replace the dirty plates and silver wear. The manager kept fighting with us and we basically bailed out. I will never go back because it is not worthed.
25 dollar minimum is crazy . Never coming here again nothing but rude

Went to Hunan Taste tonight. They always have great food, outstanding service and an exciting atmosphere. I ordered some hot chili oil and I was overzealous with the oil. I definitely needed to drink a lot of water. I was served by many waiters all helping each other out including a waiter with the tattoos. (Which for some reason I was focusing on by looking at prior reviews.) I thought he was very professional and was serving up plenty of water too. I ordered the happy family, cold noodles with sesame sauce, and steamed vegetable dumplings. All were excellent and I highly recommend visiting Hunan Taste. I have for over 30 years!!

After seeing this place on Tik Tok, I couldn’t wait to try it but it didn’t live up to the hype. The service is atrocious. We were a bother, a disruption to the staff for being there. I was expecting better.
