A few things to consider for the man who gave my order to the white lady that clearly ordered after me. Let me begin by saying I do like Starbucks but sometimes the workers don't understand to treat everyone equally at this location. I am humble which is why I didn't make a big deal of this. I ordered the bell-pepper egg whites. The lady behind me who took her time ordering got them as well. When he came up to give the order to "my name" which was me. The other lady said she had also got them too. However my name was also printed on the order and I said that's mines. He had the audacity to tell me I had to wait for mines, but she can take this one. I kindly told the other lady go ahead take it, I wasn't in a rush anyway. However a few tips for the worker don't ever do that again. That rubbed me completely the other way, and not everyone would dismiss the blatant bs he pulled. Nice job tho Starbucks.

Spend a total of 20 minutes here today waiting on two drinks. I figured they were backed up and busy so I was being patient. There had to be about 5 baristas working behind the counter and it took several minutes for them to acknowledge me at the register. Then I heard as maybe 10 names were called as their drinks were prepared. My name was NEVER called. I decided to say something after 15 mins and I noticed two drinks with my name on it were tossed to the side, not even in the correct alphabetical location corresponding with my first name. One of the drinks were made incorrectly so I addressed this. I will not be visiting this shop again because I was disregarded as a customer, was not addressed as everyone else was, and I take customer service very seriously.

So why is it that this place is in an affluent area, yet I walk in for a simple venti coffee and the privileged girl behind the counter looks like she hasn't taken a shower in 3 days. She's gossiping with the other employee and legitimately picks her ear, makes my coffee, and uses the same hand she licked her ear with to place the cap on my coffee. I paid for it then told them I don't want the coffee and walked out. The manager needs to seriously pull his or head out their a?!! and take this post as a real wake up call for hygiene. Someone should call the health department on this location.

Co workers and I ordered and… one of them did not get any shots of espresso on his drink he ordered 6…the other one got vanilla bean instead of mocha…and I ordered 10 cups of Java chips and got 10 cups of ice instead that it broke my straw…this is really disappointing. They should Uber us new drinks….

I happened to pass by this location on a whim and I have to say that it brightened up my evening. I was greeted by Al and Sade who where so comfortable to speak to and pleasant. The service was impeccable and refreshing. Thank you

Service took forever it has been like 20 mins and no drink finally got our drink and put way to much ice I payed 10 dollars for 2 drinks and not good ratio’s

Super busy location, but then again, what Starbucks isn’t at this point? Staff was friendly & drink was made right. Overall, I am very satisfied.
