The employees in this DD needs to be trained on customer service. Because they truly 100% suck..all standing around doing absolutely nothing and cannot acknowledge anyone standing at the counter waiting to be waited on. It has been like this on several occasions. Please train your employees. I realize you can’t teach common sense but this is ridiculous

Stopped by a cpl times this week because I was in the area for work and both times went inside vs long line thru drive thru. Wow amazed how the staff speaks so rudely to eachother , and the leadership from shift supervisor at the time was embarrassing, I don't know how anyone would want to work in that atmosphere

Ordered online. Went through the drive thru to pick up and the woman on the speaker cut me off mid sentence to tell me to pull up and was rude. They forgot an item in the order so we went back through the drive thru to pick it up and she cut us off again after asking what was missing. They then gave us the incorrect item because we never got the chance to tell her what it was we needed before she yelled pull up.

Rude.... You place an order on the app and then they have an attitude when you pick it up because they don't think they where given enough time to complete your order of a donute and a simple coffee.
If I could rate zero stars I would. little blonde girl in the drive thru with acne has a SEVERE attitude problem and needs to get herself checked.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life wow it took an HOUR in the drive thru. Got half of my order and had to re ask for it 6 different times.

Extremely disappointed! We normally love our local Dunkin’ but their new staff member needs much better training. Took 10 minutes to place our order, did it completely wrong, forgot to enter half of the items, and was holding up the line 10+ cars. After an almost 30 minute wait we only left with half of the items.

This is easily the worst run Dunkin Donuts in the State. The staff is entirely incompetent. I have never gotten through the drive through here in under 20 minutes, my order is wrong more than half the time (AND I ORDER THROUGH THE APP), they can't seem to figure out how to put a lid on the coffee cups and spill it on me every damn time, they have absolutely no sense of urgency at all. I could go to tops, buy a bag of coffee, go home, brew the coffee, put it in a mug, add whatever, then drive back to dunkin and my order would still not be ready yet. It's so infuriating how they get away this garbage service, but there simply isn't another option in the area. Get it together.

Waited in side for 20 mins for my mobile order for them to tell me they were all out of food?

Updated review 5/1/24 Been having an issue with having menu items in stock. Place orders on the app just to get there and find out items aren't available.
