The Greenville Dunkin’ is always a solid stop for me. The staff are quick, kind, and somehow keep things moving even during the morning chaos. My order comes out right, the coffee is hot, and everyone manages to stay professional no matter what’s thrown at them. That’s not easy, and they deserve a lot of credit for it.

Of course, some people don’t seem to notice that. They’ll stand in line sighing dramatically, make a scene over a lid not being snapped...

Went for their $6 Breakfast Special. It consisted of a medium Hot or Iced Coffee, Bacon, Egg and Cheese on your choice of rolls or croissant and a 6 pc. potato nuggets. Very Good Deal for $6.

Every time I go there, it's always a different experience. Drinks are always different even though I order the same thing every time. The people don't seem to be trained properly. Customer service is ALWAYS questionable, Some days, it's okay others they act like they hate their life. This is a problem with all dunkins.
