Mr dreadlocks was in the bathroom for over 10 minutes. Then comes out nodding out and picking his face over the food counter making weird noises. And the food was horrible, the interior of the store was extremely dirty. This place needs some help. Hopefully Burkes do something about this location.

This crew was absolutely swarmed with customers when I passed it on my way to a job and swarmed 40 minutes later when I went back to get some l food and a coffee and I tell ya they didnt skip a beat. Its just a plus that everything I ordered was spot on. 8/25/25 11:15am

The worst run establishment I’ve ever been to. I would give it a zero if I could. I live in town and I’m sick of it. If you go inside the will ignore you for 15 minutes. They prioritize the drive thru which still takes 15min with 3 cars in line everytime. This place has been like this for years. You can sit down at a diner faster.
Should really have someone watching the counter. Not just the drive through window.

Update!! Stacie is absolutely amazing!! She has bought my grandmothers hot chocolate for her and she always does an amazing job on my hashbrows Love it!! I will sometimes wait like 5 minutes for them to come back over. Theres always alot of employees here. My iced coffees and Strawberry dragon fruit lemonades with extra extra strawberry normally come out perfect!
only 2 workers during breakfast rush should be illegal but they were doing a fantastic job and were super lovely! everything tasted great too
Used to be good. Nobody understands how a latte is made. I come DAILY. They lady (shelby) cannot.makenq simple latte. Everytime she makesnthem, horrible.
She remade it 2x the first day. Finally, I gave up. Got money back. The 2nd day, same thing. I didn't bother. I went to rock location and had Gabriella make my drink (guess what... it tastes as it should and they don't know my order).
I said 7 pumps caramel and they give 4. They don't listen. They don't know what they are doing. It tastes like milk. They don't seem to care.
I'll drive to rock road to have them remake. Calling main office. They keep doing this.
It's apparent the new workers have made reviews change, to 1 star. This place used to be the best. I noticed 5 star going to 1 star. I'd rethink training them again and or/new employees. It didn't used to be this awful.
Edit: hunter made it 2ndays ago. It was excellent. Today, it was Shelby again. And once again, my latte tastes like caramel milk with NO cofee/espresso.
I'm waiting for another GM to calk me to report her AGAIN. I DONT understand why someone can't make a dimple drink.

Jeez, this location is bad. Go to Fort Edward or another location if possible. I highly discourage people from coming here. There is a long wait times, inconsistent orders, extremely unsanitary conditions, and consistently understaffed. This location does not care about employees or customers.

Wouldn't sell me more cinnamon banggles , only two. Cashier said had to keep what he had incase he get sandwich orders. I was verry disappointed with that. Because I was buying a dozen bangles. I asked for 6 rason cinnamon bangles and 6 sesame. Wouldn't give the costermar what I asked for.but told me her had more couldn't sell them.

Awful experience, I was refused a refund after my coffee was made wrong, oh we don't give refunds they say so I ask to speak with management and no manager they say and then I asked for corporates number and I was refused that as well

people were told they weren’t taking orders because their manager went on break. line around the building, indoor line almost out the door and only two girls on the floor. they were doing their best with the recourses they had. it took 25 minutes for the food in my mobile ahead order, and the food wasn’t warm so we think it was sitting for a while before they put the bag up. waited another 7 minutes on the drinks. ordered maple bacon got regular. if they’re out of it we weren’t made aware or maybe it was just a mistake. props to those two girls! if they’re reading this, you’re both doing great. upper management should restrict to only drive thru or only in store orders in times like this. waiting 30 minutes for two drinks and refusing to take in store orders should not be happening especially at a chain corporation.
