Ordered a double cheese burger only ketchup and extra cheese and got a double cheeseburger burger with 16 pickles on it, mustard, onions, ketchup and NO cheese? Not cool
Frappe was not a frappe, it was a milkshake with caramel in it, forgot my Oreo in it, could’ve just told me there was no frappe stuff left. Fries were room temp. Ridiculous. Taking it to corporate.
We stopped in after a game last night and I saw fries already boxed and specifically asked not to get those fries with my order, mind you we were just about the only ones there and maybe 2 cars in the drive thru. They finally get my food because I had to wait for nuggets which is fine cuz I rather hot good food then fast cold food. I taste the fries and they are cold I said I asked for fresh fries and the guy NOAH looks over and says the are fresh when I can clearly see the fries hanging in the basket they just made over the oil and 3 med fries missing from the 4 med and 1 large that were there when I walked in. So $30 in food and the one thing I was looking forward too was cold the Fries. The day crew always has great fries. I definitely won't be back there at night if at all. He could have approached me and felt the fries instead of filling someone else's bag and attitude because I have an opinion. Next time I should ask for no salt fries and then I know they will be fresh. Very disappointed 😞

I had the most insane and infuriating experience last night at this place where customer service goes to die. Ordered from the app, waited in the drive thru line at least 20 minutes behind just 4 cars to speak into the speaker. Gave my mobile order number, the girl says my name to confirm and I say yes. Another 20 minutes later, I’m finally at the window, and she proceeds to say she doesn’t have my order. I remind her she said my name to confirm and she gets her manager, a clearly agitated girl in her 20s who proceeds to argue with the worker until they point at something on the screen that seems to resolve the issue. 10 minutes later, she asks if I can pull forward so they can assist the other customers. I wait until closing—it has now been a full hour—and the girl comes out and tells me they don’t have my order and can I please show it to them in the app. I pull out my phone and the app clearly thinks I already have my food and has gone back to a regular blank order screen. I remind her again she literally said my name to confirm so how could they say they didn’t get my order. She turns around without saying anything to me and says into her mic “she wants to talk to the manager.” The “manager” comes out literally pouting and immediately tries to argue with me, but is making no sense. She literally says “well I didn’t see your order” as if that’s my fault. I show her my notifications in my phone which clearly had said my order number and the pickup location. I say, “think about it, why would I make this up? It’s like a 5 dollar meal and I’ve been here an hour and you can see from my phone that there’s an order. You are the manager, why can’t you just make the food?” The girl rolls her eyes, I shit you not, and walks away. 75 minutes after the entire ordeal began, the godforsaken meal is handed to me. I have never in my entire life experienced this level of stupidity and rudeness. It clearly doesn’t matter that I’ll never be back, I just hope corporate tracks these reviews because holy shit what a dumpster fire.

Danny W. truly could not be more friendly if he tried. He was so polite and was genuinely a joy to order from. Danny is a ray of sunshine and I think people like him are so needed, but incredibly rare, in customer service industries. Danny for manager!

I placed my order on the app at 7:45pm. We didn't get to the speaker till 8:15 and did not get our food till 8:52. The girl at the window was snippy and rude. Took 3 tries to find the correct bag of food. She didn't put in napkins or sauce, I had to bang on the window and ask for them. When we got home I realized part of the order was wrong. I ordered two plain burgers. One was was covered in toppings. Both were labeled "plain", even the one with ketchup, mustard, onion and pickle.
I go to this store often and it's hit or miss with orders. They mess them up most of the time but this is the only mcdonalds within 40 mins of my house so we still go. Never, tho, has it taken over an hour to get our food. It often is slow, but not this slow. No one offered any apologies or explanation, either. The line of cars was well around the building in to the parking lot.
While waiting we saw multiple workers coming out to chat, smoke, stand around. At the window I could see many workers in the building just standing around.
Also, we were hoping to order the adult happy meals with cups, but they were sold out. This store NEVER has limited edition stuff for more than a couple days, if they carry them at all.
*edit - just stopped there again, tonight, and it took over 30 minutes from speaker to window to get our food. The blonde girl at the window ignored us for a solid 8 minutes while our food and drink were just sitting there. When she finally came over I asked her to redo my drink as I didn't want a watery soda that had been sitting there for half an hour "it hasn't been half an hour" she says. She was very angry that I wanted a new drink! She proceeds to dump mine out and make other ppls drinks, walking away. Comes back, make my drink and ignores me, letting it sit there while she attends to other ppls food. Leaving our food, in the bag, with a bag of ice sitting there. Finally, a different woman comes to the window with our food and drink. Our food sat in the bag for over 10 minutes before they decided to hand it over. It was stone cold. My daughters sundae cup was barely halfway full. The older woman was annoyed that I asked for a spoon and a straw. Both women were very rude.
These experiences make me never want to go to any mcdonalds again.
Vegetarian options: The only "vegetarian" option is fries or the drinks/ice cream.
Dietary restrictions: They can't even get condiments correct, never mind a serious dietary restriction.
Parking: The parking lot is small and full of enormous pot holes. Terrible.
Kid-friendliness: This place isn't friendly for anyone, especially not kids.
