Ordered on the app, pd $32.00 and didn’t get everything I ordered 😡😡. Not the 1st time - pay attention!!!

I would say bypass the store if possible go to another one we've been there a few times which lines are long for the drive-thru but this time we decided to go inside there was no long line there wasn't that many cars there we ordered our food at the kiosk I got a blank receipt did not know my number or anything about our order I tried to question a couple people they just ignored me never got our drinks we did order and we paid and then probably about 5 minutes later a guy came up to the register he had $116 order his card kept getting declined that went on for a good bit because the girl up front didn't know what to do and the man didn't seem like he spoke English well enough for her to understand so she kept trying to process it and it kept getting declined and then finally she found the manager the manager came up but at that time he was going to pay with cash so by this time there's already about three four families that walked inside to order food and ordered before the guys big order and by this time there is a horrible line in the Drive-Thru well the group of guys they paid after everybody but they got their food before everybody and so people in the Drive-Thru were coming in and families inside was just waiting and everyone was running around talking to each other and not helping out the situation because they wasn't getting their full order or else they were getting told to pull off to the side and off to the side was already full already because someone came up to the counter and said hey don't pull no more people over because they couldn't figure out the orders it looked like they were trying to pull the orders from the screen where they would not sit there for so long but when they did that they were getting the food mixed up and they were making people wait extra long. they were bagging food putting it off to the side and print out receipts so the orders wouldn't stay up on their screen they were mixing everything up by the time they got this huge order done everybody that paid before hand they were still waiting on their food they had missing food and the food we got was not cooked all the way the fries were pale color and very soft and just not all the way cooked we tried to ask questions try to get a receipt nobody would listen to us everyone just kept disappearing so we ended up getting what we got because nobody would give us a receipt and we left made it home the food was horrible not put together well and all five orders of fries was not cooked and the nuggets were overcooked or sat out a long time where they were rock hard and the burgers were set off to the side in a bag they were not warm and the Buns were soggy so if you want quick decent food just don't go here

Long long wait!!!
Writing this after an absolutely awful experience at the McDonald's located in Greenwich, a place that had consistently been worsening over the past few years, but today was horrendous.
For starters, and while not the fault of those working there, the Kiosk did it's usual thing of printing a blank receipt with no information on it at all, just a white piece of paper. This is quite common for the location, as every time I order with the Kiosk I rarely get a receipt at all, and when I do it tends to be blank.
Now to the part that truly made the experience horrible: the staff, a bunch of teenagers/young adults who clearly show no care whatsoever to put in work or effort toward the job or quality of the food. While not all of the staff were like this (especially one woman in particular who deserves credit for actually doing her job right, but unfortunately I do not know her name, just that she was a bigger woman with black hair, thanks to her for making it all somewhat bareable), almost every other worker was just neglectful toward their jobs. As soon as I got inside, they were all standing in a circle outside of the kitchen and talking, even while the drive-through was packed and I ordered. Two in particular, a girl with reddish hair and wearing a purple shirt and a taller boy, appeared to be possibly 'flirting' and having a little back and forth while mopping, standing directly in the path of other workers and not doing their jobs for a good 2-3 minutes. Even who I assume was the manager, wearing a red shirt and appearing to be older, simply ignored all of the antics and neglect unfolding, instead walking outside of the restaurant with a clipboard and standing there before coming back inside and standing off to the side without doing a thing. An extremely awful group of kids also entered and went behind the counter, stealing a few cups and claiming they were for 'water' once confronted, before proceeding to fill their cups with soda and refusing to pay for the drinks, arguing with the one good person working even when being threatened to be kicked out for what they were doing. I placed my order at 3:46pm when there wasn't anyone inside and only a decently lengthen drive-through line, and by the time I left it was 4:10pm, nearly 30 minutes of waiting just for a small order.
My final complaint comes in the form of the food, as by the time I finally left the restaurant and got to my car, it was definitely not worth what I paid for it. The fries were cold and unsalted, save for an almost tasteless pinch of salt toward the bottom of some of the fries. The only somewhat good part of the meal were my nuggets, but even then I have had much better. Another customer who arrived around the same time as me and only ordered a drink also left at the same time as me as well, and nearly 30 minutes for a drink is downright abysmal in terms of what is meant to be 'fast-food.'
Until things are resolved or at least made to be somewhat more tolerable within this location, I doubt that I shall go here anymore unless truly necessary and craving McDonald's due to it being the closest location to my home. To any higher ups who see this if they bother, I'm not saying those working should be fired, but they need to be trained better and know that there should be consequences for what they do. Thank you.

Seriously, how long can I wait for fries. Apparently forever because this McDonald's has some of the worst work ethic I have ever seen. This is a management problem. Please please fix this
