Went by after skiing at Willard Mountain. Yes, cold day for an ice cream. Both employees were super kind and patient with us and our 3 kids.
We got 2 sandwiches and 2 pizzas, multiple ice creams.
Was it the most memorable food I've ever had? No. Was it tasty and homey! Did it remind of sandwiches and pizzas I would make at home for myself? YES and we loved it! AND it was not too pricey. It felt like a meal made by a friend in their home.
Ice cream was super yummy! Milkshakes were perfect.
The employees/owners made it awesome.

I'll give it a 5 just on the ice cream. I didn't have any food. My wife and I tried this for the first time and have to admit that the ice cream was delicious. We had a sampler/flight of 4 flavors and it was plenty to satisfy our craving. We will be back.

First, I've been going here since the 80s. They have 2 iconic sandwiches that arw absolutely mouth-watering. The Cortland and the Laksider. i have been ordering the lakesider forever. They make it fresh, with fresh ingredients and its craveworthy. I live in CT snd travel there JUST to get a sandwich and some fresh Spy apples. Amazing. They have alot of tables and they are busy all the time. If you try it you'll remember it, it's so good.
Huge portions of ice cream. Even the kiddie sized cone is huge. Seriously. Tons of flavors to choose from. They are very busy sometimes but the wait is usually still short enough because the servers are quick. Lots of tables outside to sit at in the summer.
Best Ice Cream spot around. They're open all year long now too!! I took my two sons there today for the first time.

Have gone a few times, the ice cream is homemade and delicious! Prices are incredibly fair, especially for the portions you get. We try to go whenever we are in the area
They make one young employee handle all the ice cream and food orders on a hot summer day while a lazy manager stands around doing nothing. I won't be going back.
