Excellent Thai food! The Som Tom papaya salad was great, and I’ve not seen that at other Thai restaurants. Most dishes can have tofu substituted for meat. Drunken noodles and Pa Nang tofu were also good.

I just grabbed some drunken noodles and veggie spring rolls for lunch and everything is spicy and delicious! The people are really friendly and the food was ready in 20 minutes. Everything was fresh and hot and the prices are great as well. I would definitely recommend this place if you love Thai food!

In their favor they did refund my money which I really appreciate. But I was disappointed that I could not eat my noodle and vegetable dish. Because they use pork in the sauce. Also the chef was nice enough to speak to me when I asked what was making feel ill . He told me I should have let them know if I amVegan. I am not, I am vegetarian. I know. It may seem like I am splitting hairs and often main stream people may not know the difference but I would expect someone who cooks food for a living, to know. I did refer my friend who eats meat ti them and she did like her meal. So if you like meat they seem fine. The chef did say you can request for them not to use the pork in the sauce.

The experience here is phenomenal. From the options, to the wait time, to the service, to the food itself, I am always left satisfied. I typically get pad thai and mango with sticky rice. The pad thai is spiced perfectly, and leaves me craving it again for days. The mango with sticky rice is sweet, but not unbearably. I recently tried the thai tea for my first time, and I don’t think I’ve stopped raving about it. It tastes like a milky sweet tea, which is creamy and delicious. I cannot wait to explore more items on the menu, if only I could stop myself from ordering the same thing every time…

We stopped here on our way back to VT from Saratoga and we are sooo glad we did. The food was incredible. We’re big fans of Thai and this was the best yet. We got the pineapple curry, pad Thai, and papaya salad… all phenomenal. I like how the tofu was cubed smaller than a lot of restaurants do theirs. Everything was so fresh, including the Thai iced tea. We live an hour away, but will definitely make the trip back and will have to get seconds to take home. It’s unbelievable the number of restaurants that are charging double for mediocre food. Twins Thai has set the bar high. Limited seating, so order out if you have to! Just go now!
