This place is were customer service goes to die. Whether you order online or from the kiosk they always seem to lose the order. And after an extended wait and they finally acknowledge you....what you ordered isn't in stock. The young woman with the long blonde hair gives you something else and tosses it on the counter. Spend your money elsewhere!

Customer service is absolutely awful. One blonde young lady just throws bags of food on counter without saying anything, you have to sort out which is yours. Coffee was absolutely burnt and disgusting. We ordered 2 and one of them was done 10 minutes before the other. They had deleted it off the screen and forgot to make it. We had to ask about it. I would never go back to this location. Highly recommended no one else does either.

“Consistency in making coffee seems to be an issue here—half the time, I have to add my own shot just to get it right. On top of that, customer service could use some improvement. A simple ‘have a nice day’ from the greeter would go a long way. It’s disappointing to see a lack of basic work ethic in the staff. Good customer service matters, and unfortunately, it’s missing here. Not sure who the boy working right now is, but whoever it is should be retrained or fired!”

Dunkin is the only place I know where you can order the same exact drink and it never taste right. You can tell when the coffee is old. Sorry but for $3-$4 per cup it should taste good every time!!
