We had my sister’s wedding shower at Alchemy Wine & Beer, and it was absolutely perfect! The staff was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make it a truly special day. They created such a welcoming, private space for us in the middle of a public bar, with access to both indoor and outdoor areas that made it feel intimate yet open. The food was perfect for our group—quick, easy to enjoy, and absolutely delicious. Everything flowed seamlessly, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the atmosphere. I can’t thank the team at Alchemy enough for helping us celebrate such an important occasion—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The space is trendy, yet welcoming and was perfect for gathering with friends and family. The food and drinks were delicious. We had a variety of appetizers and served beer and wine, along with some great non-alcoholic drink options. The owners were attentive and kept everything running smoothly…from setting up the space, to serving drinks and food, to cleaning up…they were on top of every detail. You can truly see they take great pride in what they do.

Found this spot to take my burrata loving bestie too and we ordered two appetizers with burrata as the main component. One was Burrata bruschetta, it was presented as diced mozzarella and sliced cherry tomatoes on untoasted bread. No oil, no herbs, no garlic, NO burrata. Second was the charcuterie board, featuring burrata. There was a piece of processed fresh mozzarella included on the board. This is not burrata. In the family, but not the same. I was very disappointed because the service was great, the vibe was chill, but the food was not at all as advertised.

We hosted my niece's wedding shower on Saturday. The food, the atmosphere, the drinks, the personal attention by Nicole & Ann were everything and more than we expected. The Bride to be was so pleased! The grazing gathering menu was a huge hit and very unique from any shower I have ever attended. All guests complimented that it was a wonderful, cozy and relaxed shower. Highly recommend for any type of adult gathering.

The gem of Hamburg!! The atmosphere is unlike any other spot in Buffalo. The most incredible selection of wines and delicious food. Brunch here is a must, and the outdoor fire-pit is our favorite go to spot to enjoy at night. The events are so well planned and fun! Can’t say enough amazing things about this spot!!

We used the Bubble Bar service offered by Alchemy Wine & Beer and it was a wonderful and special experience. They basically deliver a fancy trailer with a keg of your favorite wine or beer to your event and provide a bartender to serve your guests. They did all the necessary paperwork, came early and left late to make sure all my guests were well served. If you want to add some spice to your event without any hassle then this is a great idea. We worked with Emily, she is a star, responsive and kind, exactly what you need from a service provider.
