We used the Bubble Bar service offered by Alchemy Wine & Beer and it was a wonderful and special experience. They basically deliver a fancy trailer with a keg of your favorite wine or beer to your event and provide a bartender to serve your guests. They did all the necessary paperwork, came early and left late to make sure all my guests were well served. If you want to add some spice to your event without any hassle then this is a great idea. We worked with Emily, she is a star, responsive and kind, exactly what you need from a service provider.

Alchemy has been one of our favorite spots in the village for many years. I setup a surprise 30th birthday party for my wife recently and had Alchemy on site with their awesome Bubble Bar trailer rental! It made the party, and their event manager Emily was super easy to work with, and ended up being our bartender that evening too! As always, highly recommend whether you're visiting their village location for the first time or need something extra special for a private event!

Sunday brunch was advertised on the website and we reserved online for 10 ppl and when we showed up the place was closed with the poster for Sunday brunch pasted on the door. Very disappointing as the menu looked amazing.

I experienced my first brunch at Alchemy today. I ordered their espresso martini, but they were out of espresso. I was asked if I would be okay with them using coffee to make it and I said "okay," but was then charged full price. The only reason I went there was to use a gift card they issued me after a dispute regarding their Valentine's Day dinner. It was a pre-paid event, and I was planning to go with a friend, however my car broke down in Amherst several hours before. I tried calling and sent an email letting them know I wouldn't make the reservation. I didn't speak to anyone until the next day, and they refused to refund my money because the food had needed to be ordered for each guest specifically. I then asked if I could pick up my food, and was told they didn't have it. I asked for my money back and they refused to refund the $130 I paid for two guests. They ended up giving me $50 in gift cards, as well as a bottle of wine. The gift cards didn't even cover the cost of one dinner. I finally used that gift card today, on a martini that wasn't made properly. I won't be back.

Emily and the Bubble Bar was probably the best decision I made when planning my daughter’s graduation party! She was great with the guests, drinks were plentiful and it was SOOO CUTE! Would recommend and hire her again!

Not being from Hamburg it was confusing to find the entrance, but once we did it was great. It's kind of hidden! Inside is a farm house vibe. We had a good time and the drinks were good.

We held my daughter’s bridal shower here. I cannot say enough about how amazing and kind the staff was. Anything we asked for was taken care of. The food was outstanding and the cocktails were fabulous! The weather was wonderful so to enjoy her party on the patio was a bonus . I would highly recommend checking them out for any event you may have.

Came here for adult prom. Honestly the best part was just being with my friends. The service here wasn’t to great. The venue promised photos and drinks included. However half the menu was not available just canned beer and wine. The photos were not distributed to us like we were told and were still waiting for our photos. I would not recommend at all.
