I had a fantastic experience at Arby's today! The milkshake, fries, and tenders were all delicious, but what truly stood out was the outstanding service. Jake and Jose at the counter were incredibly helpful and friendly, guiding me through the menu and making excellent recommendations. Their positive attitudes and attentiveness really made my visit special. Thanks to Jake and Jose, this Arby's visit was top-notch!
The quality of the food was impeccable. Those fries were out of this world, I absolutely loved them, but I don’t think anyone will love them as much as Jose 😉. I decided to try the new apple pie milkshake that Jake recommended to me and man did I go to pound town on that thing. Words couldn’t describe it!
All things said, this trip to Arby’s on the night of Thursday, October 30th, 2025, was the best fast food experience I’ve had EVER. They had probably the best crew of workers I’ve seen in an establishment in my life, shout out all the frontier falcons working that night, y’all are some legends. Frontier is doing some great things to these kids just down the street.

The curly fries were not fresh and the coffee were not fresh either. We visited around 4 pm, hence very disappointed with our visit. We were looking forward to Arby's as we don't have Arby's in our area. The bun for the roast beef sandwich was soggy and the roast beef was soggy as well. Hope our next visit to another location will meet our expectation

Uhhh... it's Arby's. I was starving and didn't have many options. Baby elephant meat seemed like a good idea at the time. Took one bite to realize I probably should've just skipped a meal. Fries were hot and fresh. Hard to say if they tasted good because I burnt all my taste buds off. Didn't wait forever, and my order was correct, so that's a plus. The girl that handed me my food almost smiled, I think, so an extra star for that. If I poop myself in my sleep,.. I'll adjust my rating accordingly.
