Drive thru was pretty fast, didn't have to wait long at all for a Monday afternoon. Person who took my payment was nice. The mgr man who gave me my bagged food just never said a word to me like Have a nice day, or anything. Kinda rude.

Worker took ten minutes to notice my existence at the drive through and came to take my order while laughing. When the order was ready, she was more interested in her phone and texting than bringing my order to the window. I ordered the pickle fries (which are overpriced to begin with) to find out after I pulled away that there was no ranch dressing. The manager needs to address the night shift workers.

Horrible no ice in drinks order was not all there time to take out the old and switched it up
This burger king is disgusting. Just walk up in there and look around at how messy the whole place is, the dining room, the bathrooms and behind the counter and where they're doing the food prep is all really bad. If a health inspector ever came by for a surprise inspection they would be straight shut down, really bad over there.

As I type this, I’ve been actively waiting for help for 10+ minutes. One kid tried to help me and he was super nice, went to check on the order, and the manager screamed at him because “her screen was full” and “she wasn’t taking orders from him”.
Who yells at a teenager like that? You’re lucky he talked to me, since none of your other staff is. Embarrassing for the business when you see them treating their own staff like crap ??♀️
