There is so much wrong with this place they should shut it down they'll give you half your food the waitress is drunk they offer no discount the manager seems to be all buddy buddy with the drunk employees the store manager is unreachable filed a complaint and gone without a response the food is either undercooked or burnt and when is gets to the table it's cold for being burnt they love to make fun of you on the way out the door

Amy is so wonderful whenever we come in!! She knows my brother by name and his order and because of that it is his favorite place to go to eat! He is a picky eater and they always make it right, he feels safe and always has a fantastic time :) it makes going out easy, affordable and a truly enjoyable time!

Took forever to be waited on. Appetizer overcooked. Boneless wings burnt. Portions suck.
Food was delivered fast but the service people talk way too much and loudly making the environment unsettling not peaceful for dining.

The server I had was the lovely younge pregnant server. She was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was good as usual but my only complaint is that there is there is a guy who is loudly talking about living there and how he owns the place after being fired but is still there. Iv been here a couple of times so I know the idevidual causes issues among the other servers do to their usual chatter you over hear but this is beyond disturbing knowing someone is living in the restaurant. If these rumors are not true because thst cannot positively be legal!

Went last night for dinner, waited around 25 mins for an appetizer that was cold and our wings were buffalo instead of bbq. sent it back, second time around the fries and chicken were still cold. server offered to remake them again, i told her not to because we didn’t want it anymore. our meals were completely opposite, my pancakes were burnt and my eggs and hashbrowns were cold and not cooked. my boyfriends meal was cooked perfectly. The server offered to remake my meal as well, we just got it to go because we had been there for almost two hours at this point. The food was hotter by the time I took it home than any of the plates I got in the restaurant. Normally I don’t complain, but I’m not paying for food I can’t even eat because it’s cold.

I would give this restaurant a 2/10 we were not seated for 20 minutes our server was very rude there was hair in our food we where not givin menus, silverware or straws they had to all be asked for our chocolate milk was warm there where multiple dirty tables around us it was the worst service I’ve ever experienced!!!
