I think this place is great. Starting with the service. We ate at the bar and the bartender was extremely helpful and good to talk to. The food was delicious. It should be noted everything there is made in house and the different selections on the menu serve a variety of palates. Price is reasonable for good BBQ. Will definitely be back.

Ordered takeout. None of us liked it. Brisket was fatty, ribs were hard, cornbread had no flavor. Cajun corn was inedible. Mac and cheese had the potential to be good but was lacking....something. Very disappointed and $94 for 3 dinners was not worth it.

I've been to other Dinosaur BBQ locations, but this one did not hit the mark for me unfortunately. Rochester still has the best one.
Brisket was a bit dry and the Korean pork belly was pretty good. Coleslaw was quite sour and the potato salad was okay and a little bit lacklustered.
I have to give the staff credit because they were fantastic.

Our waitress Kourtney T was the best! Our first time visiting on 3/15/26 1:01pm. She answered all our questions. Was so friendly. Worked with us to get the meals we wanted. Even talked about our dogs for the leftovers we were taking. The hostess who seated us was also friendly. We will be back.
I just had a fantastic Ruben here! It was So delicious. The folks with me enjoyed their sandwiches too. We went home with doggy bags because there was way more food than each of of us could finish. Our server, Payton, was very attentive, pleasant and just the right amount of fun. Kristen stopped at the table to make sure we were enjoying our meals. Her bright smile and warm personality made us feel like we were talking with an old friend. It's nice to experience great food and service with a smile. We'll be back soon!
