Couldn’t wait to come try Dinosaur BBQ and it was AMAZING! I love BBQ and this was by far the best. The Hamburg location is nice the staff from the moment you walk in the door. It was a 30 min wait but went very quick our food came out very quick. Drinks were great! We will definitely be going back!

Been here a few times now and every time the food is consistently delicious, great service, and clean atmosphere. Wait a bit for a table but not much more than a half hour. Mac and cheese has a little bit of a spice to it (forewarning in case for kids). Meat is all smoked to perfection - ribs were very tender and delicious. Look forward to returning back again!

Full house, one hour wait after only being open for an hour, be sure to plan ahead as it's the go to place to eat! Ended up ordering at the kiosk in the back, and getting our food to go. Great food indeed, will plan accordingly next time to dine in.

My wife and daughter love the ribs. I also love the ribs but prefer the brisket. I love the brisket in a sandwich. The sides are ok. My wife likes the mashed potatoes (boring) with gravy and we both like the beans. The rice is hit or miss, had great and had ok. The Mac and cheese has a little spice, I liked, wife didn't. Collard greens are good. I love the coleslaw, my favorite side. We get takeout and only wish the sides were larger

Always loved Dino! I was so excited to go when you opened back up in December! I went a few weeks after opening. Hailie was my server and she was absolutely amazing. She is that GIRL. She made food and drink recommendations that did not disappoint. As always, we will be back.

Reviews I do is based on my personal experiences and to be fair I am harder then most in my reviews but honest. Everyone has different tast buds on what they are use to eating or the type of customer service they get. So always judge for yourself .The ribs missed the mark big time, they did not pull off the membrane from the underside of the rids. The ribs stuck to the bone something that shoukd not happen with ribs the meat should fall off the bone when separated. The barbecue sauce over powered the meat and could not tast the flavor of the ribs. The pulled pork was good. I definitely would not recommend the ribs. The corn bread had a sweet tast to it.
Mistakes happen. Terminating an employee right before a major holiday is deeply inconsiderate. Decisions like this don’t just affect one person …they can affect an entire family and completely ruin that holiday. There was zero need to do so, and it could have waiting. Thank you for not having any compassion whatsoever.
For the record I have personally visited and have had an order prepared incorrectly. That mistake could have been dangerous if I had a serious allergy, but I understand that human error happens, especially in a new establishment. The mistake that cost an employee their job was an accident that was caught before the order was ever served. This employee did everything they reasonably could, including requesting improved lighting to better read receipt, a request that would have helped prevent errors. I strongly encourage management to reflect on this decision and the message it sends.
This situation is disappointing, unfair, unprofessional, avoidable, and no place that my family nor friends would ever support.

Visited today, food was excellent! Service was excellent! Only downside was the fact that they removed collard greens from the menu! 1,000 times better than Yankee BBQ! Don't waste time going to Yankee BBQ, the Dinosaur is worth the visit!

We went to the one in Buffalo years ago. We decided to try the new location. The place where we were seated was extremely crowded! There were tables on the left and right by garage doors. Waitresses could barely get through! No room to feel comfortable! A customer said as we walked past she was hit 3 times already by wait staff. We ordered the family dinner, which came with a bunch of sides and we had no room on the table to accommodate this meal! It was less than a pleasing experience! The food was not great by any means and the cost of the bill was absurd for the quality of food received! All the food was over seasoned! The ribs had barely any meat on them and they were out of a meat upon our arrival. The only good thing about our visit was our waitress that was amazing!
