This has got to be the absolute worst Dunkin in our area. I’ve been here a handful of times as it’s close to me and some days I don’t want to drive all the way into West Seneca when I want Dunkin. Moving forward…that’s exactly what I’ll be doing. Every time. Every time I visit this particular location, the service & the food are awful. The person taking my order (which appears to be the same person every time regardless of time of day I go) doesn’t even let me finish speaking before asking “anything else?” Then, once I get to the window, I am asked to repeat my order once again because they don’t remember how I want it. Anytime I get food there it’s always grossly overcooked - hash browns that are blackened and taste burnt, bagels that are stale, flat, almost always burnt around the edges, and at times are so rock hard they’re completely inedible. Not worth going here.

I was the only car in line and they prepared my order, but instead of cashing me out, they placed my order near the pay window and I sat for 4 minutes. I had to honk my horn for them to look at the pay window to cash me out and give me my food order. Very frustrating and made me late for my morning commute.

If I had to rate zero stars, I would do it. My family and I stopped by to get some coffee. We got there around 6:15 pm and she told us that they were closing soon and we asked when they were going to close and the lady said in couple of minutes…like give us a exact time instead of saying soon! we were going to order but she walked away 😒

Didn't go to the actual donut shop but went to the attached service station. Very expensive just because it's an exit off a toll road.
