Their coffee isn't as good as it used to be. Hazelnut coffee, for example, used to roasted as hazelnut coffee beans. Not any more. Now, they add a sweetened liquid hazelnut flavor to their regular coffee. It's not as good, and I don't want sweetened coffee. Their breakfast sandwiches are made with prefabricated cooked eggs, sausage, and bacon. They come in precooked/refrigerated to the shop. All they do is reheat foods. Not good. Donuts are made at a distant commissary, shipped to the location frozen, where they are then baked in a convection oven, cooled, filled, and frosted. Poor taste and quality. NOT recommended.

The crew there are always working hard , they are very sociable and polite. Everytime I go there the order is correct, the drinks are always made amazingly, there's even a couple guys there that know my order so well they already have it brewing...lol...The one problem I have is a manager that works there, he on a few occasions now has berated his crew , yelling at them or getting aggravated with them in front of customers, that's not professional nor is it a proper way to treat your employees...

I stop every morning and will no longer be visiting this location. Smores cold brew is never made right unless the one blonde girl is working. Wrong cold foam, disgusting. Can't even call to talk to manager as the # doesn't work.

This place is awesome! I went in today to get a caremel iced latte, it was delicious! And for only 3$ that’s a good price on the other hand if you go to Starbucks you’re paying 7$.
