Picked up take out order and got home to see I was given the wrong order. Called and spoke with owner Greg Edie. Instead of taking ownership and being professional, Greg brushed off the error and spoke sarcastically stating it wasn’t a loss. No recognition that we drove all the way to get what we ordered and did not. Hey Greg, this is why we go to Bella. They appreciate their customers and take full responsibility for their errors. Greg you spoke down to me, laughed at me during our conversation. Shame on you. You are a small business pizza place owner but certainly not a humble person. Look elsewhere for pizza and take Hamburg, Boston, Eden. In this economy you have to choose wisely where you spend your money.

Always consistent and they run this place like a well oiled machine. Even on Halloween (busiest night of the year) they do fantastic. Friendly counter and clean kitchen.

Born & raised in hamburg off main street, Went to union pleasant elementary, Then to HMS, Then HHS. Lived out of state for 6 years now and havent had edies in 4 years. i wake up in the middle of the night craving Edies pizza & a bbq finger sub on the pit. This was always my childhood pizza spot. Place does not get enough recognition in the pizza game. This place is a heavy hitter forsure.

The best pizza, perfectly cooked. Wow. Delicious sauce, dough, and crispy crust. The sauce/cheese/pepperoni ratio is amazing. Thank you Edie’s, we are so happy that we found our new pizza spot!!!

My husband and I love Edie’s Pizzeria! The food, especially the pizza, is so delicious and always consistent. We have never had a bad meal! Not only is the staff friendly and efficient, the dining area is always spotless! We highly recommend Edie’s for everyone to try!🍕

Hawaiian pizza isn't always easy to get in WNY and theirs is great!
Grade A Buffalo Wings, Pizza was good but Pepperoni’s are used sparingly. Service was friendly, tables and bathroom are clean. I will be coming back and would recommend this place!

It's decent food I spent 32 bucks on a small pizza (minium toppings super light on sauce) and ten piece wing(Good flavor)

Raised prices and food went below par ! Sub had one piece of ham cut in half on each half ! Then a large pizza 4 toppings 36 dollars minimal cheese that was missing on about 25 % of the pizza and minimal toppings that were paid for ! I quit going to John and Mary’s subs 6 yrs ago and will not be going to Edie’s again

It was rated here in Western NY as one of the best pizzas in the area and It's true. Great crust which is what makes a pizza. Very friendly staff and fast service.

Nice convenient location in Hamburg - easy in and out. Good menu with lots of choices. Dine in area available as well - but we usually do pickup. Even on a busy night they get the food out quick!
