I was shopping for a brisket on July 5th, and Federal Meats was one of the only butcher shops open. I needed a specific cut and weight, and they absolutely took care of me. They had several brisket options available and were happy to cut it to exactly what I needed. Great service and quality—I'll definitely be back!
Growing up in the Village of Hamburg, I’ve long grown accustomed to the exceptional service and products offered at the Village location. There was a new prepared food being offered, “Pilgrim’s Pie”, made up of layers of freshly cooked turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing and corn, served with a dash of gravy and a side of cranberry.
