Last 2 times we went milkshake machine was down. First time I got my money back. Second time I asked before placing my order I asked if it was working and I was told of course. Ordered a 3 chocolate shake for the kids and 10 minutes later nope. Broken. Anyway I was given a gift card in place of the milkshake thinking it was the price of the 3 milkshakes I paid for, nope! A $10 gift card for the inconvenience. I did not learn that until we got home that it was only $10. When dude gave it to me he said sorry this is for the inconvenience. So naturally a trusting person i stuck it in my wallet and then checked it after we got home ?. Definitely ticked off and would rather go to Red Robin. Fries are always great but the burgers were not their normal burgers. I'm not sure if the cook wanted to try their own spices but it was very spicy. Not not spicy but lots of different weird flavors. Never before tasted spices like that and they used to be my place thru from the time they opened and my pregnancy (which I'm sad to admit I ate their sometimes daily ..babe craved the greasy burger lol) until recently. Done after I actually paid $5 on top of the 3 shakes price to not get our milkshakes. Over $15 for 3 shakes and given a $10 gc ? what a joke. My mistake for trusting them and not asking tho. I'll admit my wrong. Will 5 guys?! That determines if I'll go back ever.

We came in with a party of five and ordered several drinks. We were not told that the Coke machine was out of all but diet drinks. The staff did not remedy this or notify customers before purchasing beverages. Many unhappy customers; one gentleman tried to fix it but was called back because they were too busy. How rude and ridiculous! People should be compensated for this—$20.00 on drinks—and there was no respect for people's hard-earned money. One woman was very rude to the man for trying to help customers.

Employee Theft?Can never make a burger right?Shall we begin…Five Guys Burgers & Fries have amazing food…but count your blessing if any of their establishments can hire someone competent enough to read a printed receipt right. You pay a premium for their food and the upgrades like bacon or extra patty meat etc and when they forget it it’s a dagger. I’ve been to this establishment a handful of times and 3 times we’ve needed to return to pick up a gift card for butchering our order. Shame on me for not always ripping open all their tinfoiled greased- up burger bombs to inspect it all before I leave. Most recently we order 4 burgers and a hotdog and 2 of the burgers were missing half the ingredients and most importantly the bacon for both of them. The employees are always nice and try to accommodate but even then they tend to mess it up a 2nd time.But today…I may have witnessed employee theft? I asked for 1 burger to be redone and I was coming to pick it up and a partial refund for the other burger missing bacon and mayo. When I walked in the building the employee seen me and went to the register and without a word punched in some stuff and the register said 23.95$ refund. He proceeded to hand me cash (I paid with card) I did not say anything as I was frustrated and wanted to avoid conflict so I stepped over to the side and waited for my burger to be done. I then looked and it was 12$ cash which covers 1 bacon burger. Just not sure why the register said 23.95$ and i received half of it in cash?Lastly, to boot, they added Mayo to my burger, which I did not ask for, I reiterated what my order was and he pulled up my original order and conferred with that as well. I don’t know if I’m upset, confused, or ashamed that a five guy employee can’t get a whole order right ever. But damn I love those fries and I have to endure this to eat them.
