Always loved the atmosphere and very nice staff. They’re always attentive atmosphere is always great. Very clean facility. I’ve been coming here for years.! Always a good spot to get some fast food

Honestly, you cant get a better burger than five guys in by opinion, the burgers are amazing and the service and atmosphere are really good, also when you get frys your getting more than what you paid for, definitely would come here again.
Good days and bad days here but yet I still think this place has the best burger in Buffalo. I'm uncultured yes but bottom of the line if you haven't been here yet, skedaddle over here.

Last 2 times we went milkshake machine was down. First time I got my money back. Second time I asked before placing my order I asked if it was working and I was told of course. Ordered a 3 chocolate shake for the kids and 10 minutes later nope. Broken. Anyway I was given a gift card in place of the milkshake thinking it was the price of the 3 milkshakes I paid for, nope! A $10 gift card for the inconvenience. I did not learn that until we got home that it was only $10. When dude gave it to me he said sorry this is for the inconvenience. So naturally a trusting person i stuck it in my wallet and then checked it after we got home ?. Definitely ticked off and would rather go to Red Robin. Fries are always great but the burgers were not their normal burgers. I'm not sure if the cook wanted to try their own spices but it was very spicy. Not not spicy but lots of different weird flavors. Never before tasted spices like that and they used to be my place thru from the time they opened and my pregnancy (which I'm sad to admit I ate their sometimes daily ..babe craved the greasy burger lol) until recently. Done after I actually paid $5 on top of the 3 shakes price to not get our milkshakes. Over $15 for 3 shakes and given a $10 gc ? what a joke. My mistake for trusting them and not asking tho. I'll admit my wrong. Will 5 guys?! That determines if I'll go back ever.
